Respond quickly to requests. Karen Holte, our HOA manager, knows the laws and writes our minutes for board approval.

Called and left a message and emailed twice over a two week period with no response. When I cc'd someone else from the office my manager did respond and had time to argue with me about why they hadn't responded. Maybe that is why she was too busy to answer the first several times I tried. Terrible customer service.

Sally was very nice and walked me through my first architectural application. I really appreciate the help she gave me.

Horrible property management. Raising HOA costs and lagging on taking care of requests and work orders. Playing stupid games with residents, where managers are not available, always “in meetings” and busy.

Like pulling teeth to get them to do anything. Most of the time you can’t even reach the person who handles our property and they never return calls!

Noel was helpful and prompt in responding to my request. Instructions she sent were very clear and I was able to make the changes easily!
