This place has never done me wrong! I bought my car from them in 2021 and my car just seized on me and they helped me get a rental now just waiting to see how long and what's wrong! This is forever dealership! And thank you Albert for the help today

Staff is very knowledgeable and completed all necessary maintenance procedures in a reasonable amount of time.
I do feel comfortable and confident driving my vehicle knowing it is being professionally maintained.

On the day of my appointment, the Customer Service Agent told me the wait will be more than an 1 1/2 hours at which time, I told him I will wait for my vehicle in the lobby
While waiting, I received a text message of suggested repairs from the front desk and declined the service. After two hours of waiting, I approached the front desk to inquire how much longer the wait will be and
a female agent told me my car was ready. I asked her how comes no one notified me while sitting in the lobby and she replied, “We were waiting for your reply text on the service request. ” I told her I was in the lobby and someone should of approached me with the request and she quickly apologized for the miscommunication.
Upon checking out and paying for the services, I was told there will be an additional 3% charged to the total amount if a credit card is used for payment. This practice is absolutely unsatisfactory and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced a merchant charging their customers for using a credit card.
I will never take my car back to your dealership until this conniving practice changes.

I had the best car-buying experience ever with Robert. He was so kind and didn’t pressure me at all. I went in with the intention of just test driving and left with a new car in large part because of him. He’s great!

Truly awful. Set up an appointment to see about purchasing a mazda off their lot. They let me know theyd hold on to it for me to take a look at in person. I end up driving an hour and a half to the dealership to find out they sold it to someone else not 5 minutes before i walked through the door.

I went here for the first time to get my clutch replaced on my 2012 mazda 3 and Zach Zupic was the Advisor who helped me, he is super nice and professional i would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Arrived on time to my service appointment and was greeted by Jocelyn Segura. Jocelyn was professional, friendly, and detailed when explaining the process for my vehicles service. She made sure I knew the estimated wait time it would take for my vehicle to be ready and thoroughly explained any suggested services. When my vehicle was ready Jocelyn greeted me with a smile and helped me get on my way. In today's world where everyone is in such a hurry and customers are sometimes treated as just numbers, it great to know Cardinale Way Mazda has professional and friendly employees like Jocelyn in the Service Center.
In addition to the great service this facility was clean and well maintained. I was kept entertained by ther large television play College Football. They also has a stocked fridge with free drinks of water and sodas. They also had free coffee and chips for us. It's little things like this that customer recognize. These are the little things that will keep me a loyal customer to this establishment.

The experience was not bad at this dealership I leased my 2021 Mazda6 Touring back in December of 2020. Witch I am 99% sure I will buy it off in 3 years because I really love that car. Everything was good and very nice people working there and also got a kind of a good deal on my car too. If you live around the area Cardinaleway mazda would be a good place. The people at the service department like Chris he is a really nice helpful guy.

I was told I needed new rotors for my car that was going to cost me over $500 but after another technician looked at it he said they were fine. I was so pleased that I wasn't taken advantage of. Thank you for your honesty.

The visit there was excellent. Trying to call and make an appointment was terrible. Nobody answers the phone ever even when you leave messages on the phone. I even left messages through the chat with us feature. Found out you can easily make an appointment on the website. But if you have a question your out of luck.

0 compromise with their customers, they easily gave me the credit to buy the car. I had problems arrianging all the paperwork to get my license plates and they never helped me. They promise you a lot to sell you the car, but they don't care anymore as soon as you owe the money to the bank and not to them.

The Service manager was really knowledgeable and helpful. The service suggestions were heeded and completed. Due to availability of parts, the timeline was longer than hoped. Overall, I will continue servicing my vehicle with this location.

Service department sucks.the service department manager is a sensitive pu$$y.only cool guy there was zackary and michael vance.they fired my car sales guy jesus and hired a lady that doesnt wanna help me.
