I got here at exactly 11am for an oil change and they didn’t take my car in till exactly 1pm. Sitting 2 hours in the lobby and my car had not been worked on. I came in on a Monday, not a busy day. And the service advisors didn’t seem to have any urgency in getting my car serviced. Horrible service, never coming here again. Keep in mind this is my first time here. First oil change since I bought my car.

Great experience with Cardinale Way VW. Sales managers Roy & Manny were great and salesmen Martin & David were great as well. I appreciated the "no nonsense" very much. This was a bit of a drive for us, but so very worth it.

We worked with David Ruiz and got our dream car! David was fantastic and helpful. He was honest, direct and very helpful. One of the best purchase experiences we had!

I came in to interview here for the 2nd time this morning 1/12/23 and was publicly humiliated by Richard in the sales department. He pulled me up in front of everyone and told me I am not a fit to sell cars and started patting my on the back like a child. I am truly traumatized after being publicly humiliated by this man.

My trade in payoff has been resolved. The GM stepped in and made sure to have his staff call Chase to see what happened. It was not the dealer's fault after all. Everything was resolved at the end of the day. Overall I am happy and thankful for their service here. Roy also called to follow up. Thank you guys! Glad to have my payoff taken cared of.

Finished service as promised and excellent service & parts department. I would recommend this Dealership for their honesty to customers.

Everyone was really nice and professional. The showroom was really clean. Evan was the best salesman to show cars and explain the features.

My scenario was not easy. I needed an 8 sits Car, because I have a big family; Besides that, my limited budget.
I feel glad that we came across with Maria and Rodrigo sales representatives. They made my family and I to have a very nice purchase experience; While they were offering us several car options, they treated us with meals and drinks for all; Finally, they found the perfect car and fair payment for us. At all times, Maria and Rodrigo showed an excellency in customer service. I am highly recommended to look for them, whenever you need a car and the advice by representatives that go beyond of great customer service.

I traded a vehicle that had everything that I wanted on it for a car that did not. I did not realize it until after I had signed the paperwork. I could not even get free floor mats for the vehicle. I was not happy

Over the phone I was quoted one price, coming in I was charged $100 more. Promised discounts to off set but nvr fulfilled.

Shout out to Christian at the service department. He always takes care of me. Happy to be in good hands over there. Thanks guys.

EDIT: got my car serviced here a 2nd time a week later. Thank you again for Christian getting everything set up and updating me throughout the whole process. I also want to shout out Paige as well. She took care of getting all my paperwork taken care of when I picked my car up again, even on Christian’s day off. These nice people truly work together as a team, stepping in and going above and beyond.

Waiting for the service, an oil change to be completed on my car. I was told there was a shortage of personnel and that it would take longer than normal. Three hours wait on an oil change with an appointment was a bit too long.
