What a shame, Allheart was a great place to buy from until it was bought out. Orders not completed, no invoice in shipments, no tracking of items missing from shipments. I say shipments because it has happened multiple occasions.

Ordered four pairs of scrubs and the delivery date keeps changing. Then I'm being told that they can't cancel the order as it has already left the warehouse. Don't these people have contact with their delivery company? FedEx is whom they are saying has the package so I'm guessing either one or the other or even both will be hearing from my lawyer soon. I am no longer interested in this order and want my refund. If I have to take a lawyer to get back my money I will I promise you this. Keep you scrubs and return my money.

Ordered a pair of mens gray Cherokee infinity scrubs. They sent me a pair of blue MATERNITY scrubs. Like what? Called the customer service number and it just re routes to some call center in India. Call center people don't know what they are doing - or pretend like they don't- either way don't waste your money with this company.

Stay away from this website. I ordered some scrubs that never arrived. This company uses the cheapest shipping alternative and therefore my package got lost. I contacted customer service twice and never got a resolution or my money back. They are scammers.

Total scam, never received my package and now being returned to sender. Just lost my business.

Do not order from them. They stole my money and never sent out what I ordered. Almost a month later and still fighting for my money back. Never received an order number either. They don’t answer their phones or emails. Total scam.

Worst customer support! Ordered from this company and received order confirmation with no charge to my account. Reached out to support for an update with no response for weeks. Almost a month later I received a charge to my account and shipping details on an order I no longer want. Reached out to support again and surprise, surprise, no response. I am LIVID and will never be purchasing from this company again!

There has been a change of late. In the past service was fast and errors easy to fix. Now it has lost the quality service. An Email to support was not answered. An order was not shipped for over 2 weeks. When I did call I was told there was an address issue. (Sic) other order with all the same data came without problem weeks before. You would think they would reach out when there was a question. “Easy return” system can be costly (see a lower review). All in all I feel there must have been a management change as the service has taken a big turn for the worse.

Terrible customer service, I ordered 2 scrub items. Was unable to exchange them. I sent back for credit. This company deducted MY shipping fee that I paid to have my order shipped from my refund amount. To sum
it up, they not only deducted the $8.98 return label fee but ALSO deducted MY OWN that I paid to have this order shipped! Do not order from Careismatic Brands.
