This Clinic has the worst service ever! My experience as a patient has been so frustrating dealing with the unprofessional office staff while trying to take care of my health concerns. The person in charge of setting up referral appointments, lacks empathy and does not own up to her mistakes. The amount of time that I had to wait to get my medical results is a JOKE! I called constantly for two weeks and the office staff kept saying that their fax machine was backed up. It is also impossible to get in contact with the Doctor. I've never received a follow up call from her. I was unable to schedule my appointment to see a specialist due to being forwarded to voicemail constantly. WORST experience ever! I'm so disappointed.
