Dr. Fleisher is the only doctor that has accurately diagnosed me despite a hand full of other psychiatric evaluations I received. This man is a prodigy along with being a Harvard graduate. With his support, I am looking forward to overcoming many adversities.

Simply put, Dr Fleisher has done more for my teenage son in the last year than any other psychiatrist he has seen. My son has been seen by ‘top ‘ Drs and assessed in behavior clinics by teams of Drs. Also he’s been on and off multiple medications and tried different therapy approaches.
I truly thought my son was doing well if he wasn’t depressed and behavior both at home and school were satisfactory. Failing classes was nothing new and the least of my worries as a mom. I was happy he’d get up and showered most mornings.
Dr. Fleisher explained to us why he knew my son was capable of more. He never once gave up on him or was happy to write the same prescriptions and send us on our way again which had happened to us so many times before with other Drs,
Dr Fleisher gave us suggestions and options and my son was treated as an individual. As I write this my son is highly motivated at school, doing well academically and a pleasure to be around. He has a new found self confidence rarely seen in teenagers let alone one with an extensive psychiatric history. We found the right fit and my son doesn’t feel like a robot or sedated as he has before - my son feels like “himself”.
And I feel secure that if this is to change that Dr Fleisher will be there with even more options and suggestions.

Dr. Fleisher is BRILLIANT! The man is Harvard grad! He’s an expert provider of treatment for both adults and adolescents alike with Borderline Personality Disorder, mood diorders, psychiatric disorders, addictions, and dual diagnosis. Dr. Fleisher additionally offers treatment with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) which is an evidence-based treatment for people suffering with BPD. Dr. Fleisher has his own practice in Beverly Hills, but is also helping build up UCLA’s clinical program, particularly for people struggling with BPD.

I tried to inform Dr. Fleisher about the violent trauma experienced by my family member; he didn't want to hear about it, and he challenged my legal status (as conservator) and refused to discuss critical issues related to my family member's case. He also refused to treat me with respect. Dr. Carl A. Fleisher repeatedly failed to respond to pharmacy calls, and permitted critical prescriptions to lapse - thereby jeopardizing the life of the patient.

CVS said they had never seen a doctor less responsive.

We then asked for another doctor. I remember having to write letters to Fleisher's superior, Dr. Kagen, the director of the clinic (and foundation), requesting that prescriptions be filled. Can you believe it? A foundation director forced to fill prescriptions of his subordinate's patients? Dr. Fleisher seemed to get really angry at us after that - we expected as much.

Carl A Fleisher, MD never explained his lapses, and never apologized for his unprofessional conduct. Yet, he was still promoted from intern to full resident. Carl A Fleisher, MD behaves like a monster, like a character in a movie with no soul, no compassion and no human empathy.

When we informed Dr. David T. Feinberg about Carl A Fleisher, MD (and other quality problems at UCLA Westwood), our HMO plan was cancelled. Yet he is still employed at UCLA Medical Center. UCLA Medical Center hires extremely dangerous physicians. If this is what Harvard Medical School is producing, then the rumors are true. You know what I'm talking about.
