Carlos has been very helpful getting me a car insurance policy. He went in great detail what the different coverages meant and helped me find a good balance of coverage and price. I would definitely recommend visiting his office or giving him a call if you're shopping around for car insurance quotes.
Carlos is an amazing agent and really hands on. He has been helping me with all my insurance needs, Home, Life and Car insurance for over 10 year now and he always makes me feel like a true valued customer, always available and never too busy.
My experience has been terrible. Allstate canceled my policy without notifying me. When I called they lied and I am still waiting to hear from them to renew my policy. You are not in "good hands" when it comes to this agency.
