The store was very clean both inside and out. The employees are nice but they were a slight bit slow.

So, this is what you get for $11 lol
Soggy Waffle, Dried out Chicken Strip, and cold limp Ya'll should leave new items alone, and leave it up to the Chicken & Waffles experts lol

Poor service. I went through the drive thru. I ordered a #5 with a Dr. Pepper, #17 with a fruit punch & bbq sauce. Two kids meals 3 orange juices. Not only was the food cold. I didn't get the #5 no BBQ sauce in the bag. They forgot an orange juice. I had to go inside 3 times. Smh. My order was taken by a manager.

Yo this SMACKED all the food was literally steaming and the fries feel like they were made to order AND THE COKE WAS SMACKIN AND THEY GAVE US 2 RANCHES AND WE DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO ASK 10/10

I went to the drive Threw. 1st off outside the location doesn't look inviting! Its always a line and it appears they do the pay and please back up until I wave u to the window for your items. They took too long and I backed out the drive threw line and left!

Bad customer service no manager present bad employee July 30th 8: 36 am cashier is so rude I called constantly hangs up phone. Just wanted to ask a question and says she's too busy to help, she's just standing there doing nothing. I work somewhere that requires a manager or supervisor to be present at all times.

First time and will be back. The place is nice and busy and looks like a great environment to dine at. I like that it has parking space and tea is complimentary.

I don't like the fact that I have to back up while I'm waiting, i could wreck my car while doing that, and my order is incomplete 5/10 times. Plus they charge you for an extra barbeque.

It was clean. I always get the guacamole burger. I got my sister one for the first time and now that's all we get unless she's feeling like something with bbq

The service was great even though it was late night I guess the worker then plan on a big order coming through and all the separate bags but they did a good job putting everything together thank you Carl jr.

Its way better than it use to be. The staff are very nice and the manager is the best upper level management i have ever met. Wonderful place to eat. I just hate the people asking for money and stinking.

Horrible service, every employee has a horrible attitude. And someone was outside trying to charge $25 bucks to park for food. Worst Carl's Jr I've ever been to

Food is decent. Staff is hit and miss especially the manager who works mornings who could use a serious refresher course in customer relations. Can also be a bit dirty as well.

Terrible! Not worth going. They had trouble with their debit card reader So I tried Apple Pay and he was giving me an attitude on how I was supposed to tap the machine! It was a QR! I told him how he was supposed to scan the QR. He was really unprofessional.

The cashit refused to give me a copy for water. I am a diabetic and cannot drink sodas. I told him that was against the law. He said I know.

Great food with wide variety of menu options. They introduce a new and unusual special changed every couple of months like sliders and currently one of my favorites Memphis Barbecue. Friendly courteous and attentive staff. Always good for a quick meal if you are in a hurry or don't feel like cooking and cleaning

This Carl's Jr use to be good until they got a new manager. The new manager is rude to customers and does not deserve that position. I would not recommend eating there.

Mild Taste i guess, but was very disappointed of the service. 8 times in 1 month were the times that my order was wrong and had to be redone.

Just some issues with the peoples who does not want to be courtesy with customers sometimes but other than that they keep up with cleanse inside the restaurant try to be nicer with the person's specially kid elders and kids.

Everything was great, the service, the food, just a homeless person that walked in and was making some of the people uncomfortable.
