Went in to buy a gift card and the certificates they had were all expired since 2019. Made me wait for like 15 minutes. They said they had to call someone and at the end said they didnt have any. Bad management.

They gave me one ranch for 2 sandwiches and a large order not 3 but 7 Jalapeno poppers. The would not give me another ranch or even another sauce for my 20 dollar meal. I do not like barbecue sauce, so i asked for at least some mayo and they said no. I know it's a standard for them to give you mayo or mustard for free there if you are allergic to their sauce. They did not accomadate.

The next time i went there. They gave me no ranch when all I ordered was Jalapeno poppers. The large one again. What a complete letdown.

The third time i tried one last time for them to be decent. I ordered it with door dash. They gave me the won't order and I called and told them and since I had a different recipt I had to go through Door dash to attempt to make it right or get a refund when I was very hungry.

All in all I will not go back here. The workers are rude and probably spit in your food if you smile at them. If you attempt to go i would just not make eye contact, smile or have any tone than a monotone voice to show any happiness

Employee still sending me a wink without allowing me to know what she really wants and i order exactly what i want and same employee keeps calling and continues to call me sir with a yes!

I didnt feel well after I ate here Chuck it up to being pregnant maybe I don't know but I felt horrible all day after I ate here

This is my favorite Carl’s junior location but today as of 09/01/2020 I was given the wrong order. I ordered a Santa Fe chicken sandwich and got a barbecue chicken sandwich instead.it had items in it that I cannot eat. It looked Bad and the taste was horrible.

It was surprisingly good and affordable. I ordered a cheeseburger family meal and a couple of qesteen bacon cheeseburger deals and it was less than $40. The service was faster than expected as well.

So they pack the thin paper bag full of food.you bearly make it to the car.the bag rippes.you go back and they do give you the food back (with an attitude) but they said hold it tight. (like all you want to do is spend over $24.00 and go back and ask to have the food replaced) and she ends it with. I won't be able to replace it back.all I can say. Dear Carl's jr. GET BETTER BAGS

Great atmosphere, clean restrooms, nice staff, the only thing I would change is the charging me extra for wanting onions or tomatoes or pickles or etc.on my 1 dollar chicken sandwich! I'm already broke! That's why I'm ordering the damn dollar sandwich! Duuuhh! Now you want to sell me the only things you guys have in order to give my chicken sandwich some taste? ! LOL THAT IS JUST NOT FAIR!

First off. The guy was using a fake voice. Then the milkshakes. Were not milkshakes. The fries were sweaty. And damp. And the soda machine was out of service. I took two girls out to this place and they were not impressed

I enjoyed the service and felt bad for the closing manger. She is a good person and she very hard worker.

Carl's jr. Is one of my top 3 favorites. They have the best Western Burger, I love their BBQ sauce. Drive-thru is Speedy most of the time. The employees are very nice. Inside the restaurant is also very clean. They do have wheelchair access and parking

Reheated my chicken strips as if I wouldn't notice.lmao.idiots. They taste burnt when u refry something that's already fully cooked with batter. Morons. Like it comes out they're paycheck if they just cook a new batch.

Great place to sit down & enjoy your burger. No drive thru. Very nice staff. Interior could use some love. Good choice to eat in the area.

Restroom for customers only whom at time of needing to use restroom not an hour or even half hour after your purchase of which makes you a customer.very rude

The establishment is clean and attends to you quickly. But don't go here if you are looking for a drive-thru as there is none. Otherwise it's a good spot to grab a quick bite or chill out. They have a nice dining area with glass panels.

Great place for a late night burger. Food is made to order. Deducted one star from the prices being a little high.

Went there after 12am and was amazed at the most polite and friendly service ever. The lady was very accommodating. Even telling us about a new promotion they were currently having. Me and my associate were more than impressed by her help and assistance. The food was delicious as expected! This is the only Carl's Jr.we goto in North Hollywood late night after a recording or jam session with the band! Nothing but kind people and great food.and usually great music to relax and listen to! Especially if you like The Beatles or Franki Valli!

DO NOT waste your time to eat here! Besides the bathroom Nazi, that won't let you use the restroom without purchasing food first, the burger was disgusting, by that I mean the outside edge was crunchy, and tasted like burnt grease, there was enough sauce for a shower on it. The best thing was the dollar large Coke.

I'm not from the area so I don't know how prices are over this way, but my meal was so expensive I got a chicken club & upgraded to large my meal was $12! I've never paid that much for a meal at Carls Jr that's just crazy also only about 4 of there soda options were working so that was stupid.
