Honestly, I’m coming off the road and I need to use the bathroom so bad. So I pull in to carls for lunch and a rest from driving. Customers only. Really? Have some decency. Allow me to relieve myself before I place my order…

The double cheeseburger was dry the bread was stale and the cheese hadn't melted. Still haven't finish eaten it my friend who I treated gave hers away. Never again!

My husband was being treated bad by Zoe and she started ignoring him and shrugging her shoulders.

Worst customer service. Older cashier was grouchy and not paying attention. Our order was wrong. I also ordered a coffee for my mother and reminded her twice. We finally finished our meal, and still no coffee. I went back up and the lady had left and someone else had to make it. We finally just said forget it because we were already done and had to leave. The lady had kept my receipt when I went to show her the coffee and chocolate cakes that we ordered. I should have asked for it back to complain online. Not returning to this location.

Well I don't have any issues with Carl's Jr food is pretty good better than other places they're on my to-do list I'd like to Angus burger very tasty

I been going there for years and the new management is horrible disrespectful no customer service at all and can Barley speak any English yes the short fat lady who probably eats all the ranch since they never have any for so e reason.also the things she talks about with her employes In Spanish not appropriate.

The manager was very rude and the order was being messed up multiple times we had to go back inside to get the order straight at least three times

Just pulled the RV into the spacious parking lot ordered 2 Beyond Burgers with cheese and Barbeque spread great.

I like to just say first and foremost and Carl's Jr burgers are great but this new hand breaded chicken sandwich was complete debauchery the chicken was undercooked look nothing like the picture and was absolutely not crispy Carl's Jr should have never came out with that chicken sandwich they got a lot to learn Jack in the box had a better chicken sandwich called the cluck delux Carl's Jr needs to stay out of the chicken war sandwich with other competitors

Went on my lunch break and only had 30 minutes. Literally spent 15 of the 30 minutes for my order (5 chicken strips small fry and drink). On top of that, I got cold fries. When I asked if I could have fresh fries, I was told that there were no fresh fries, and was then handed fresh fries from another worker. I understand that we're living in bad times right now, but we simply need to do BETTER.
