Carl's Jr. reviews
34This location is now franchised. This is a shame as the corporate stores seem to be the only ones that maintain a consistency with regards to food preparation, food quality, cleanliness, and customer service quality. As all of the Carl's juniors in the Santa Clarita area our own Now by a franchise company, I will not visit another Carl's jr. I cannot support this company as the employees they hire are rude and inconsiderate, probably get paid for Leigh, and it shows. Not to mention the fact that the prices have gone up to pay for the franchise fee they now pay at this location. This is a real true shame because this was a great location. I've been to all of the other Carl's in the Santa Clarita area, all owned by the local franchisee, and they are all incredibly bad, poorly-run, ineptly managed, and I simply can't tolerate that. If you can, good on you.
The food was horrible and I got sick. $13.00 for a hamburger med combo. Way to expensive. Will never go there again.
It's Carl's Jr, probably the best of the 24-hour drive thrus. The overnight staff are friendly and courteous.
These people are goofing off too much can't get your order right cause their talking amongst themselves. And god forbid you wanna use the bathroom before you order. They act like your a damn criminal. SMH
It's whatever fast food that's overpriced but at least it's 24/7 which other than maybe taco bell gives it a slight edge
1- Flat soda on both machines. Employees unable to fix the problem. One of them used the soda machine behind the counter which was a little better but still flat and tasteless soda. 2- Ordered $5 deal food to go which comes in a box. Was handed a box but no paper bag to take it with me.
3- Shady characters in and around the restaurant due to the location.
A surprisingly good Carl's. Very clean, fast, and friendly. They do a good job of food prep too. Plenty of seating and not too crowded. Drive thru moves quickly but is sometimes difficult to understand the attendant.
Ok everything and they do serve house dressing you just have to ask for it and if they bring you ranch tell them no, I wanted the house dressing the one that comes with the salad in a i believe a blue packet
$13.45 for a nasty guacamole burger! That's how much I paid I would never go back to Carl's Jr, is way to expensive and low quality food
Drive thru was ok, the audio speaker was a little off and made placing my order a little difficult.
Quick drive through, taste is ok. They run some specials all the time that is very inexpensive, otherwise it's not cheap anymore.
It suck.i order through the drive thru gave me the wrong order i try calling back they dont answer.i was on break couldnt go back.dont go there!
I'm partial to this location since I was an original employee back at its 1975 opening. Not much has changed, but the current management has a great staff and the food is properly prepared.
Bad and expensive. The pictures on the menu don't reflect what you get. No more Carl's Jr. You lost a customer.
