Carl's Jr.

I ordered a hand-breaded chicken sandwich and got this. The chicken sandwich was all bread and looked nothing how it's advertised. I took a bite and the chicken wasn't even warm at all. Everytime I come here I end up disappointed and I love Carl's. Its not that the staff is rude, the food is just always terrible. This is the last time I go to this location.

It is what it is. I love this place. You always get what you expect and the service is impeccable.

Presentation wise- um- I mean- flavor is fine but at least give us some whip cream like last time OR maybe have proper lids? Idk. Might not come back for shakes…good burgers tho: v

I couldn't belive they had the dinning room locked at 6: 00 pm. I hate going through a drive thru because they always get my order wrong. This is why I want to go inside and order just to check my order so I don't have to hold up a line of cars just to make sure my order was right. Oh, by the way, even though you verified my order on your screen and even read it back to me, you still got it wrong. It's not my job to make sure my order is right when I get it, it's yours.

Typic pickup from counter. Ordered paid picked up food. Not much else. Just food to throw down a hungry throat.

Used to be 4 stars now I'm giving it a 1. Soda always flat, they can't get an order right and they can never get the opening and closing time right after the Corona virus. Says it's open at 6 but clearly it isn't. Happens all the time, I'm guessing it's just a lazy Carl's Jr staff and management.

Carl's Jr should pull this franchise from who ever owns it. The drive through staff can't get an order right to save there lives! What a joke, this has been a problem for way to long, no excuses!

You can't go wrong with Carls all their Burgers are good, whether or not they're good for you, they are the tastiest, now their Beyond Burger is by far hands down the best in the market, a little on the pricey side but SO GOOD!

I've been coming here for the last 2 weeks the food was amazing, I was a customer yesterday, the breakfast biscuit was delicious BUT TODAY I ORDERED A BACON CHEESE BURGER AND A FAMOUS STAR BURGER, WHEN THE GIRL GAVE ME MY FOOD THE BURGERS WERE COLD, I TOLD HER THE FOOD WAS COLD SHE TOOK THE FOOD AND TOLD ME TO WAIT ON THE SIDE. WHEN I RECEIVED MY FOOD IT WAS FRESHLY COOKED AND HOT. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CARL'S JR. THE OTHER 2 TIMES THE FOOD WAS HOT AND FRESHLY COOKED. IT WILL BE A LONG TIME BEFORE I RETURN

Why call it a DRIVE THRU if you ask us to park and wait for our food.i was the only one in the drive thru?

I just moved near this location. 3 times I've gone there at night and they are always closed early for "maintenance".

Third time pulling 1-2 hours before close no one answers at the order stand.your employee have cars in the lot, but they’re not taking orders, they put the anitheft bars up and run to the back. You need to fire your entire night crew, they’re costing you your reputation, and that will cost you everything.

Green burrito is gone. Strike 1. Big Carl is NOT as good as a Big Mac, let alone being better. Strike 2. Ordered fried zucchini. Paid for fried zucchini. Got home and looked in the bag, No fried zucchini. Strike 3. You're out!
