Carl's Jr.food is always delicious. However despite this shopping center being recently remodeled and new shops and stores in place, there are undesirables that wonder this side of the centers parking lot. Homeless who come up asking for money and this entrance is dangerous due to people being jerks and blocking the entrance to Carl's Jr or driving so fast it's hard to leave after exiting the drive thru. Directly across the street from Carl's Jr. Right behind the WSS shoe store is a group of homeless druggies that have been known to break into people's cars and they are the same ones coming up to your car in the drive thru asking for money and cigarettes. I'm not just trashing on homeless people. These individuals have been reported on and there's even flyers in the shops stores with there pictures on it saying not to allow in store etc. So please use caution at this location. Otherwise the store has been recently remodeled and upgraded with new ordering screens. Food has always been cooked completely and my orders have rarely been wrong. Prices are high but that's the case at all fast food places as of current. They do offer smaller versions of a few of there staple burgers for less money I believe they are like $1.99each if you buy two of them.

This is my second review and I was upset to get to my house half an hour away and half my order wasn't in the bag, I get here to claim what I paid for but the young lady didn't give me a receipt and I was questioned and I felt so upset but I had no proof, next time I'll ask for a receipt and check my order before I leave the window. I was given what I ordered but I felt humiliated. I should have read the reviews before my visit.

I hate writing a bad review but I was very disappointed for my $8 chicken sandwich I got soggy bread and no tomatoes not very happy

Bad service. They close dine in 10.30,9.45 and they are closed had to go to the drive thru and they didn't give me condiments when I asked for them they gave me an attitude and no we don't have ranch for your jalapeño poppers.

Make sure to triple check your order when ordering as the staff must have selective hearing. Food quality was ok just not as ordered. Will make sure to verify next time I come here before payment.

Staff here tends to run on the young side, they are inexperienced and rude. The food is never warm, they'll probably get your order wrong, and make you wait a long time.

I don’t recommend this carls the employees there are miserable, the overweight woman is mad at the world and the manager treats you like it’s ur fault he’s a manager at a fast food restaurant.

I don't know the young ladies name but she is a fantastic representative of Carl's Jr. She brings the food to your table with a great smile and always asks how your food experience is and if she can get us anything else. It's a pleasure to get such nice service.

Famous Star was fantastic, however, the music was so loud in the dining areq it made the experience very poor.

They updated their open times recently and they're wrong, they open at 7Am not 6Am.

The area around this carls smells horrible mainly because of the homeless.

As for the food its alright, been going here ever since ive been a child, id recommend the chicken sandwhich and if your really hungry id recommend the big carl, both great burgers, and if you come here early in the morning the breakfast burger is a great option aswell.

Carl’s Jr.always had that fire cooked taste to it there burger for me. I really like there food. Now I did order the Big Carl and it come with a little bit too much sauce/mayo on it. Great tasting burger but next time I’ll make sure to tell them to go easy on it. Also, for you Veterans out there, don’t forget to ask for you a 10% veterans discount.

Gave me wrong order while at drive-thru, so I had to come back! The least they could’ve done was gave me something for free. It’s expensive enough and nothing free just makes me not want to come back to this Carls Jr. Paid $26. For two Superstar combos.

Everybody loves Carl's junior flame broiled burgers are the best thing about it You must try the Angus thick Burger it is the meatiest Burger on the menu and probably in town, make sure they add pickles to it though Chris cut fries and fried Is zucchini with ranch, everything's good

I just went to carls jr 01/06/22 at 1pm and the food when i got home 5 mins away the fries were soooooo hard and crunchy and everything cold as well! My 2 year old food was supposed to be the chicken stars with fries and they were stale and hard! So unexpectable and my other childs kids hamburger fries was so stale and hard as well only thing aten was my Hamburger and my others kids hamburger and ours sodas. Looks like they just popped it back in the fryers and gave it to us to think its " fresh " which i know thats what theu usually do. Disappointment i want my money back on my meals i ended up throwing away!

First time visiting this location. On Thanksgiving afternoon I visited this place. The family was busy cooking the turkey dinner and no one wanted to bother making lunch. I placed a large order through the drive-thru so it did take them a while to get my order ready. The cashier asked me to park in front of the restaurant and that he would bring out the order to me once it was ready. The order was correct when I got it. The fries were a little bit on the cold side though. I asked for BBQ sauce for my chicken tenders…you guessed it no sauce in the bag. I was just happy that they were open on that day. Would I go there again…YES.

First time I went there was last year. Fries were barely warm when I got home less than 5 minutes after getting my food. Gave it another shot, and my fries weren't even hot right after I left the drive through.

U get park no matter what order even if get a soda u get park. U want sauce no u better bring some from ur home otherwise u are stock with plain food
