They usually get my drive thru order only 1/2 right so I try to not order anything special

The place was closed up only drive through delivery.
Said they would come to the door but waited about 15minutes at the locked door to entrance inside ibside, but they never canevto door to take my order.
So I went to the drive way, I have no car stolen from me.
There was 1, car ahead if me I waited no one came through drive thru I went upmto.windowcasked questions about a chicken meal. Paid for it way over $12.00 for it, she asked me to wait for it at the front door entrance i waited and waited. And I was the only person there for like 20mins. Other people were gathering to order their meal at door entrance. I lady very upset said yesterday would be calling corporate through the receipt number later next business day on Monday. We'll I got to my motel opened my dinner up and not what I ordered, and cold. It was only a piece of chicken breast over cooked and nothing on bun. I was to have lettuce tomatoes, bacon and extra pickles. With onion rings and a drink large order combo. I walked all the way back and demanded to have my correct order she had me step-in to look.at menu what I ordered only it was a Big looking Chicken special sandwich.the different then what I got.
I'm almost 69nyrs old bad part of town and paid alot of money, paid with my EBT Card. I was made to wait 15 mints or more for my food after I ordered and paid for, when I was there 20mins begore any one else ordered. They served the cars 1st rather then help me, who ordered way before the drive through orders. Than me who ordered way before standing out there for an hr or so, no were to sit at 69yrs old.diff lady there helped me at the door. She corrected the order and I got it had to walk anothec15minite walk or more back to motel 6 and eat. It was ok. But nor with the money I paid for and the 40 mi uses walk total and 45min ute wait to order and get it. I will never eat there again. At that Carl's Jr. JACK IN THE box closer to my Motel 6 had the same thing, cost less and much much better service and tastes much better. Chicken was dry to. Great people working there. Unfortunately I feel bad for them because the entire are is so infested with homeless tweakers that they have to close the inside of the restaurant. 5 stars for the employees, 1 star for the conditions they have to work under.

I mean, if you can get past the unseemly characters that hang around the parking lot, especially at night, they still make one of the best handbreaded chicken sandwiches I've ever had. It's a shame you guys aren't on some sort of delivery app. I put my vote in for doordash. And I'd be ordering from you possibly a couple times a week.

Food was good. This location is a little scary to go to due to the homeless people lingering outside its very sad we need to help these people.

Restaurant is closed! No signs display only driv thru. It would have been nice to know this before I drove here!

They will close early on you and stair at you in the drive through like cows and not talk.

They refused service to the person before us because he was homeless and had made us wait and order at the front door.

The Coffee is not good, if Carls sold Arabica coffee they would be the leader in the fast food industry because the food is better than Mc donalds, two stars because the coffee makes all the difference in the world.

It took over 15 minutes to get our order. We were the only ones in the drive thru. Worst part is it made us sick.

The employees at this Carl’s Jr.have always been very friendly and professional. I work near by so I go to their drive through quite often. Every single time, my order is ready quickly and very good. Huge thanks to Luis for always being such and good worker and everyone else at this location. Many people write reviews based off of single experiences but I can say after eating probably a couple dozen burgers here, that I am overall very happy!

Ordered 2 steak and egg burritos, 97 percent eggs and hardly any steak. Only this location is having this problem so someone is hoarding the steak. I’ve had no problems at the other location. So customers be aware because this is not just a one time thing. Now if you want a lot of egg? Come here and order the steak and egg burrito! Sorry if this post is too long but I hate being stolen from

Just terrible, wanted to have lunch but door is locked. I had no idea there closed at 1 p.m. In the afternoon. I'll head over to Wendys for now on.
