Philly cheese burger was definitely a different burger from the rest, I would have it every time so much cheese and the meat was actually good

Rude staff when taking an order. She "Accidently " dropped my card out of the drive-through window.

I'm never disappointed here. Maybe I get really lucky and always get very fresh, hot food. Tasty. Fresh hot fries. Fresh burgers. A lot of other fast food places tend to make me sick but this joint Jackson primarily is the bees knees. I just had to say something. Their food is great. Clean. Maybe it's good management maybe they have a great cleaning routine idk. The food is good though I'll always keep this in my top 5 in Jackson

Sadly even tho I asked for chicken tenders to be cooked fresh. They say it was but not even close.

Hard to go wrong when you eat at Carl's Jr. Always the best burgers, chicken sandwiches. A bit costly but at least when you eat a meal there you're not still hungry that's for sure. Always been one of my favorite fast food joints.

We'll go to Carls if we're going to drive that far!

Clean. Respite from the heat.

Utterly disappointed. $5.70 for a half a shake. I get that I didn’t need whip cream but this is ridiculous. When I said something about it to the employee he said it was pre measured. The last time I got one it was full.

Ordered the guac burger in drive thru on lunch break. Got all the way back to work only to find out there was about a half a teaspoon of guac on my burger. Sooo disappointing. If im paying $12 for a burger i expect more than a drop of guac on it

I don’t know what the deal here is but if you order a vegetarian burger they will not make you one. They will put a normal burger in the wrapper and not say anything. I’ve gone here 4 times and the first time one of the burgers was vegetarian and the other wasn’t. It’s very obvious between the two. I brought it to the counter and they fixed it but every time after that it’s only been the beef. Don’t know what the deal is I just know that’s super messed up and we aren’t trying agian

Took a while to get two burgars and fries through the drive through need to work on it.otherwise was in town for a short visit to the casino nice to see the action during the day for once. Only been through at night before. Too expensive also 24$ for two.

Good food but slow service. We waited for 30+ minutes for our family order (dine-in). I believe it already happened last time we stopped here, a month ago or so.

It's always funny seeing the karen's in the reviews, this place honestly isn't that bad, sure the food service is a little slow but in case anyone forgot, every place in the region is low on staff (including this place) the food is good which makes it worth it, just be patent and you'll get what you ordered and yes sometimes people mess up, but they are people after all.

The manager had a ponytail man bun hair cut I only say this because he wouldn't give me his name and wouldn't replace my burger that that had no sauce on it. Not to mention he took the bun apart with his hands to show me that it did have the carolina bbq sauce and i said you need to replace my burger now and he refused then threatened to call the police on me. So unprofessional.
