18Slowest place ever with workers just laughing and talking while one person does all l the work
Asked for a combo, lady asked us multiple times to clarify what drink and fries.spent like 3 minutes alone explaining the combo.guess what we didn’t get.any part of the combo.
Went there to get some food decided to use some of the coupons. What should have been a total of $32 somehow came out to $50 either the guy at the window was just incompetent and couldn't figure out how to do his job, or he was just lazy and didn't bother to, thinking we were to stupid to realize he was lying. This isn't the first time this has happened here, but it is the last for us. This location is the worst.
Went in last Thursday and immediately got poor service. As I'm ordering the worker keeps cutting me off and ocer talking me. It's not the 1st. Time this has happened at this location. Even the Manager has this problem. So when I get my order It's wrong. I let the lady know. Instead of just correcting it. She starts to argue with me and over talk me. Just like the store manager does. So I called today and talked with the Manager. She starts lying and being unprofessional. I ask for her supervisor but she refuses to grant my request in any manner. Now I know wny the employees are unprofessional. Because management is so horrible. I even asked the manager for help with my rewards app. She showed no interest in helping me at all. But went to another location and was helped out. Also for some reason as you walk in this location it stinks in the morning. Wish I could give less than 1 star. Famous Star I don't think so. Avoid this location at all cost. Eat at home it's safer plus have seen employees not washing their hands.
This Carl's Jr was the best one we ever had! The food was amazing even though we had to wait more than usual.
The employees at this drive through said they only accept EBT inside, yet when I got to front door, it was locked saying they closed early. They were very rude and discriminatory against the disabled, and must answer for it.
This places closes way to early. Why doesn't management let this happen. Your supose to close on the dot! You make people drive far and wide to come to a closed restaurant with more than 15 mins to spare! Corporate should know about this and they should do something about this they're wasting gas and look at the gas prices nowadays it's ridiculous
Me and my husband were the only ones inside the order was taking too long as the staff spoke in their language. It was this morning for breakfast and they didn't give my receipt. The second time we went to order again it took too long for them to register as it seems drive-thrus are more important.
Extremely slow! Waited 10 min and then they forgot a burger another 10 minutes come on… that’s just not ok.
They dount give u a receipt so u can check ur order bad customer service happens almost every time I show up in they mess up 2 out 3 times not worth it to expensive
I asked for no cheese and extra tomatos on a super star, easy right? Literally all you have to do is not add one ingredient and put a little extra of another. That's it. So what do they do? Take off the cheese and literally all the vegetables. Amazing.
This location has messed up my orders on multiple occasions, and they force you to come all the way inside for EBT even though there was no sign at the order box stating anything about that. Manager Rocio is very rude and refused to do anything to remedy the lousy customer service I experienced. She should be replaced immediately.
Put my burger im the bag om its side im a box with a waterwd down drink 2 times, step it up service keeps gettimg worse every month
Burger that we waited for was cold cheese not melted and didn't have grilled onions as shown in the picture.on top of burger being cold it was over cooked.made my dog happy though
Would of given it a 4, but they said in the drive thru they ran out of salt, so the hubby couldn't salt his fries!
Staff was semi friendly lol, better than a lot of fast food places. I realize those jobs aren't the best but I live by " if you're gonna do something do it right " so I don't understand why at most fast food places the ppl are so miserable & unfriendly. Any way they were quick and didn't mess up any part of the 2 separate orders we had so that was a nice change haha.
Customer service is polite and to the point, the drive through is pretty quick. The food was hot and delicious. I usually get 1 or 2 jalapeno double cheeseburgers, and spend $6-10.
It's ok if you are wanting fast food. But beware. Got some food for my teenager and I wanted a famous star.we took the bag and drove home. Only to find out that they gave me the wrong drink and a chicken jalapeno burger.yuck.
