Carl's Jr.

I was devastated to see that they took away the biscuits and gravy. Not only the best thing they have on the menu, but the best biscuits and gravy a fast food place has ever served.

Horrible food. Sloppy. Use to be great, now sloppy and half the size. Don't waste your money.

We went through the drive through, there was no line and the service was quick. The young gentleman at the window was very nice and friendly. The food was hot and we got everything as ordered.

Older Latina lady with short black hair has a bad attitude. She rolled her eyes when I pulled up to the window and added something I forgot. Mind you there were no cars in front of me or behind me. She messed up my order by shorting me of spicy chickens and once she gave me my food as she was closing the window she said something under her breath.

Apparently making chicken tenders is hard, so they just clumped a bunch of breading to fill it. What a waste of money. Don't go here. Burger had a handprint on it.

Ordered online and when I arrived they haven't even started on it. All they care about is drive thru

Haven't eaten out in a while was shocked at the rising prices $25 for 2 people at a fast food place is insane but the food was good the service was friendly and the restaurant was clean so all in all it was a good experience ️

Worst experience at a Carl's Jr restaurant that I have ever had in my lifeOnline order through the app states that you drive up to the window and tell them your name and they prepared the orderThe server at the window argued with me that they did not have the order in their system even though the app shows that's how you're supposed to tell them it's there after showing her an email she questioned whether or not it was from that day. After 3 interactions one of which she stated she contacted her manger and would not give me my food and that a refund was not up to her that I needed to go thru the app she finally gave me the burger with "Next Time have an email. " Closed the window and walked away. WORST CARL'S JR EXPERIENCE EVER

This location on Brimhall and Calloway has consistently been disappointing, and always because of the staff. The drive through experience later at night, as it was tonight (08/02/2022) tends to be ungracious and snappy. For instance, when I pulled up tonight, the woman working the front never said, "Hello, welcome to Carl's Jr, or had any sense of welcoming in her voice. Instead, she said something almost inaudible indicating that I should order. When I told her I had a Beyond Burger and free large Coke coupon, she dismissed it, saying that the coupons come as small Cokes. It took me driving up to the window and showing her the coupon to get her to realize that I was not lying. And the curtness does not stop with her. I have had similar experiences at this location with other workers who seem that they would rather not be working there. There are definitely some employees at this location that need further customer service training. They are making the brand look bad.

Still a solid Carls Jr location with the right bang for your buck. - Shift managers & cashiers are helpfull, go inside to skip the drive-thru line

Don't get chicken strips they give you itty bitty tiny chicken then charge a arm and a leg won't be going again

I got mustard instead of honey mustard and no zucchini, to top it all off I was missing a burger. They didn't forget one thing though. Charging me. Worst Carl's Jr experience ever

I like this location!
My family went to the restaurant across the way from here but the smell of yumminess was calling me to Carl's Jr.
I even ordered a number 6 and sat at the other restaurant!

Not sure what happened over the last year but the quality as gone down the drain. I gave it several more tries thinking it was just a bad day but every time I end up taking a bite or two and throwing it all out. The meat is just not the same anymore. Even the sausage on the monster biscuit is not the same anymore. It used to be the best breakfast sandwich anywhere. It's sad, I used to love a good old western cheeseburger but I think I've officially given up. Carls Jr just isn't what it used to be

My friends and I decided to catch this Carl's Jr. Drive Thru about six minutes til closing. We pulled up to the drive thru and attempted to get an employee to answer us as we said, "Hello? " multiple times. No one ever answered us. And after verifying the closing time thru Google search, they closed at 12am. Which we arrived well before that only for some ice cream for no one to answer.laziness I guess?

Food great / servers are always kind

I back off a star because they always forget atleast 1 item everytime I order there and that's the only downside of this establishment

Terrible service
1. They took time to take order
2. They took time to give us the food
3. The food was not delivered as requested
4. The pure cook will be talking with the others

The onion rings or cold and hard the fries or cold and lamps a fish sandwich they tasted bad the sauce was deplorable my hamburger cold….

They served me cold fries and burgers many times. They make them in advance and put them under heat lights
Go to habit or in and out, they cook as ordered.
