Went through drive thru last night ordered a Sanya fe chicken sandwich combo, fries were cold, sandwich was horrible old chicken, it was like chewing on a shoe

In town for schooling came for quick lunch. They got my order wrong. Walked back up to have it fixed came out wrong the second time also. This was onside btw not drive thru. They made burger wrong tried to reuse the meat instead of making it all new. If I requested no condiments that means never on there not wiping it off and trying to re-Serve it to me. What a joke and a waist of $15

Wish they actually stayed open for their published hours or put a notice up that they were closed.

We ordered, repeated the order with them, twice. They had us wait outside for 5 minutes only to get an old chicken patty with no jalepnos as we asked. We also ordered jalapeno poppers but they neglected to tell us “by the way we don’t have ranch”. As is courteous considering ranch goes with it.

Honestly, its not just this location. Every one I’ve been too over the pass 4 years seem to mess the order up up 9times out of 10.

Do yourself a favor go to in n out. They actually care and are considerably cheap.

Don't go here after dark I got cheated twice, first time I didn't get my order and didn't get the receipt the next time I ordered a double star and got a kids size burger loaded with veggies to feel like a double. Is this how you cut costs? If you go here you must check your order thoroughly!

Carls Jr, Makes a darn good sandwich. You are going to pay for it tho. I ONLY go in when thier coupon mailers go out. Most of those coupons are disappointing because they often are contingent upon buying/getting potatoes.

And what happened to the price of the Big Burger. A reasonable priced basic burger has near doubled in price. Sad. Now i only go when i get a coupon.

Super polite and friendly person working the drive through, my food was prepared quickly, my order was accurate.

10 dollars for a Prime Rib burger and they didnt even put the freaking Prime Rib on it! Like how the heck do you possibly mess that up! The girl rang it in correctly but it was made incorrect.

Worst Carl's Jr in Sacramento period! They over charged me on my order and gave the wrong order at the same time. Food was inedible, coke was very flat and the French fries if you can even call the.that were soggy and not crispy or freshly made! Wish I could give no stars. Don't go here! Ever! Place will over charge you with the wrong order!

The food is never great. If you go through the drive thru, no matter what you ordered they will ask you to pull to the front and wait for them to bring it out. So what's the point of the drive thru? Service is slow always. Always check if you have everything you ordered because they will say everything is there but wen you get home not everything is there.

Tried the new Primal burger (I think that's what it's called) Really Good! The onion ring built in actually works, taste wise

Simple drive thru order turned bad.

1. Forgot our crisp cut fries
2. Forgot Burger
3. Forgot Ghost Pepper sauce

Waisted off to the side for our order for 15 minutes, just to get that much wrong. Very disappointed.

Always good service but unfortunately keep getting parking it’s been 3 times now ……. And no cars behind me and it’s only 2 meals disappointing, the lady’s are always nice order is always complete and correct just not ok to park drive thru times means that’s how long it takes to service your customer kinda seems like your manager wants you to cheat if you ask me … that’s cheating Mario

Came here for a late night dinner and ordered 3 sandwiches and a medium fry and somehow came out to 20 dollars. I wouldnt have minded if the food was atleast good but it was garbage. This is exactly the reason people stop coming to these restaurants. Prices are high on everything and if people are going to pay for something they deserve to atleast have quality, I wouldnt suggest this place if your looking for that.

Didn't get my burger. Got home and my daughters burgers were the only ones in the back.
