The cashiers are not welcome you one thing they give you another.my first and last time come in here this was at 11: 12 a.m. Those cashiers there's no good customer service

Trying out one of the new burgers and employees were kind and friendly checking on me at the table to see if I might need any ketchup etc.

It was good despite the fact that I couldn't use my EBT card there. Even though they say that they accept EBT cards.

Good was good but no medium drink. Staff didn't say anything until I asked. Please post a sign. Also. Chicken had no lettivev or tomato as pictured.

Great service. Order correct and food up to standards. Never had an issue at this location.

Tried a New Sourdough Super Star Hamburger. Was not good. Meat seemed like a lower quality than a Normal Super Star or it wasn't cooked properly. Stick with the Tried and True Super Star. I think Carl's Jr. Goes to far trying to come up with new things when they should just stick to the tried and true. Like their Old Chili Cheese Dogs. That were Great but like idiots they stopped serving them too many decades ago.

This has to be by far the best Carl's JR in Chula Vista! Love the guacamole bacon burger and fries from here!

Veggie burger combo is delicious. Made me purchase some of the Morningstar veggie burgers.

The website says the one near my home is open until midnight but just went through the drive through at 11: 40 and was greeted and asked what we wanted before someone jumped on the speaker and yelled at us that they were closed.

Grossly Greasy.one bite and to the trash.waste of money. I am here from out of town so guess my opinion won't hurt them.see the pic.

By far the best Carl's Jr in all of San Diego County! I've eaten at a lot of C J's in my day and this one stands out.they have the juiciest Double western bacon cheeseburger and Super star.

Went there a few times last year late overnight & had a bad experience the drive thru lady tried to charge me for bbq & ranch when i was already buying $12 worth of food, never had to pay for any sauces at carls jr before & after that the cashier wouldn't give me my receipt said she was out of paper.seems sketch

Bad Customer Service Got A Large Super Star With No Tomato And Pickles And The Burger Have Only 1 Lettuce Wrap And 2 Pieces Of Onion and Very Few Sauce On The Burger And The Large Sprite Had A Weird Taste To It Wouldn’t Recommend To Come To at This Carl’s Jr. And My GirlFriend Tried There New BURGER In A Large Cambo And It Only Had 1 Little Piece Of Onion When In The Picture It Shows A Good Amount Of It And Very Few Tomatoes And Lettuce Aswell And Fries Where Hard And Cold

50 dollar order I asked for ketchup ranch and buffalo sauce only got 2 of each. They are always in a bad mood and always look stressed out.

(December 1,2020) They have not fixed the EBT machine and it's been 3 months. Last time I asked the lady when they will fix their EBT machine, and she didn't answer - like she was either irritated or didn't understand.

The kind lady working the drive thru when we went last night was so friendly. We always love coming to this location but she made our night. Duplicate her if at all possible!

Came here the morning of 10/26/2020 and ordered a breakfast burrito (bacon eggs and cheese). I paid and was given my receipt (at the same time the customer service rep closed the drive thru window) after noticing that I was charged for a steak and egg burrito, I attempted to get her attention to correct my order but the windows were shut. She gave me my food and I told her I ordered bacon eggs and cheese and not steak and egg burrito. I gave the food back and parked infront, she came back with the food but without my change. Charged me 5.99 for steak burrito and told me price difference was only 50 cents difference. The correct business principle would to have given me my change without me even asking. I'll freely let Carl's Jr.steal $1.25 (difference between bacon and steak) to let other customers know how Carl jrs operate. I left without my change because she had a bad attitude. Horrible service.

Very very bad advertising. They claim open 24 hours Thursday thru Saturday with the giant banner outside but I was there both Friday and Saturday around 11pm and nobody was there. I went around 5 times and no one answered.
