Carl's Jr. reviews
20Went to get food around 9: 30pm the staff was super nice and sweet, but after eating about half of my burger I noticed something pink and shined my light on it and saw my burger was not cooked all the way. Me being 7 months pregnant I was not too thrilled about that. No one should be served a half cooked burger. Terrible.
Put if this way if i could i would put higher star rating, great service, great bite to eat and this particular Carl's Jr has quick timing in receiving your order
This is my favorite go to spot. I work the overnight shifts and when I am on my way home I am craving dinner not breakfast. This is always accommodated with great food.
Came here the other day with my partner to get dinner. Was very happy with how employees treated us with kindness and respect. You don't get that a lot anymore.
We was passing through stop to eat something that were quick places clean good places to stop
I've had no issues with this place as of yet. Orders are correct and served quickly with a great staff.
Seriously Carl's Jr. You're good.but not that good. Iborder the breaded chicken club combo. $17 dollars for that dried piece of chicken Jerry on warm lettuce. I almost just laughed when the cashier told me the price. The fries have little black dots and are kind of shriveled and Luke warm. Soda tasted like they need to clean the spouts. Do not recommend. For half that price you eat at flower city cginese or any Mexican restaraunt and get hot fresh deliciousness instead of the low rate "gourmet" burger. Blah
Went through the drive thru. Wait was long and no one was in front of me and when I got my food it was all open and just dumped out in the bag. Less than pleased
Poor girl working by herself. That is the worst thing I ever seen. At the same time, the food we got, is not worth the money we spent. Also the French fries dry and not good. I ended up throwing it to trash
Very pleasant staff at the window I felt they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy
Hours on the door do not match what the employees say. On a Sunday, door says fine in closes @ 11pm. Not the case. Closed at 9pm. Big difference.
I came through and ordered a bunch of food, and one of the more expensive burgers was missing from the bag which wasn’t noticed until I was too far away to go back. I attempted to call but the restaurant seems to not want to pick up their phone. I’d recommend staying away or making sure to check your bags before leaving the window so you don’t lose money like I just did.
Home of the legendary Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Check out the Chicken & More menu, Charbroiled Burgers, $5 All-Star Meals, Charbroiled Double Deals, StarPals Kids Meals. Wonderful fries. Onion rings are a little bland. Delicious breakfast menu. Good beverage selection. What's not to like?

As we all know the chicken strips at Carl’s Jr.can be expensive. So as a paying customer I should get what I pay for. Getting this was completely unacceptable, how can you honestly give this to someone. On top of that one of my fries were left out the bag, I didn’t feel like driving back smh
Employees did not wear disposable gloves and touching all the food with their hands. Very unsanitary
Always good food but they were pretty slow compared to any other time I've been there.
I did not have a pleasant experience at all! I ordered 8 plain chicken sandwiches and 2 combos. I literally was told to pull in front where I waited over 15 minutes. Long wait aside. All 8 Chicken sandwiches were incorrect and I had to come back from my home (babies are picky which is why I order them plain). They took even longer to make the replacements and I actually had to stop the gal in the back as I saw her pick up the mayo.mind you I spent 45 min altogether and I live 2 streets over. This experience was supposed to be a quick trip as I did not have the time to cook. After Receiving what I had originally ordered (No apology whatsoever) I did also ask if they were going to be throwing the mistaken food away. (I hate to waste food) So I did ask if I can go ahead and keep the mistaken food so it won't go to waste. The cashier then proceeded to tell me that the woman who made my order was going to be buying and eating them. Felt very "we don't care at carl's that day. I normally stop in here once a week sometimes more but I think I will be taking a break from your establishment. I spend way too much money with your company (always a 50$+ order) to be treated so nonchalantly unimportant. Wasn't about the food but more the attitude. I did not inconvenience YOU. Quite the opposite.
The mist expensive fast food in the USA. $18.00 plus some change. The meal was good served warm. The milk shake was a little weird tasting not like competitor Jack n the you know what. Service was fast even in the drive thru.
Everything was hot and delicious. Frys were hot salted just right. They put heavy veggies on my cheeseburger as I asked. The cashier was friendly but working counter and d.t alone. When she had a chance she was in the dining room cleaning it up. I never once saw anyone else. My stars go the solo cashier that helped us.
