Good food. Sometimes it supper fresh and others it’s like it was warmed in the microwave. It’s fast food so I never expect much. Good for what it is.

I took a coupon through the drive thru with free fries and a drink with the purchase of a HB chicken sandwich given the option to choose from #10 or #11 and walls only given the smallest buns with chicken and pickles for 10$ along with the Free items… Need a refund

Food was ok. It had strange flavors in the oil and the sauce. It used to be an excellent place for good. Since the prices went up, I would expect a better quality of food.

Special advertisement on tv did not honor in Visalia burger looked big on tv and fries cost me over 6 dollars for two small the special on tv 2: 99 was actually 3: 99 felt like we got burned won't order that again!

Says they’re open until midnight went after work at 11: 10pm and was fully ignored at drive thru, called inside no answer and there were two employees just hiding behind the counter ignoring us and the car behind us.

The gentleman that helped me give me the key to the restroom he was cool he's really cool see town I don't know is that Colton I don't know but thank you even though I had to go in the men's restroom it was cool freaky Friday

Didn't let me use the restroom, would've made a purchase but really needed to pee and wasn't gonna deal with that type bs.

The fries were overcooked and definitely cooked in old, nasty oil. The chicken tenders were also overcooked and definitely in that same nasty oil. Overall, not worth the money.

Food was cold, the bun tasted stale and chewy the cheese was unmelted. This was very bland place go to in n out instead

The employees was great asking if I would like this or that on my orders.plus the place was super clean.

Haven't been to a Carls Jr in over 10 years.letdown fries dry and hard.the western bacon tasted salty.the coke was the only good thing

I love this Carl's Jr, they can all be pricey but the food is really good & the manager at this location was amazing. She went above & beyond at helpping us order breakfast, she was very patient with us, she explained what was in some of the breakfast item's & I just really appreciate her help. She even walked our order out to us & she was still taking order's without any mistakes or pauses in between it all. She was amazing & the breakfast she recommend was delicious.

This is my favorite Carl's Jr in town. The service is awesome and the food is always fresh. Keep up the great work.
