Carl's Jr.

Stopped by for breakfast around 8: 20 am and the sign said drive through open. Sat in the drive through for several minutes before pulling around and trying the doors. The doors were locked but I could see someone inside. We pulled into the drive thru again and still didn’t get anyone to take our order.

I came to this Carl’s Jr for the first time. I got there almost at 10am. I tried opening the door and it was locked. I was like aw man. The lobby hours posted outside said they opened at 7 or 8. Then soon after someone unlocked the doors. I ordered a monster biscuit combo. I thought it was going to be fast and fresh because we were the only ones inside but it was the opposite. The food took awhile to get the the burger was cold. The cheese wasn’t even melting that pretty much says it all. I don’t think I’ll come here again for breakfast.

If its 30-20 minutes to closing time dont bother. Employees wont take your order and just sit around.

Drive thru person was rushing me and my group and they were out of 2 items we ordered.

Update: this Carls Jr has shown to be consistently bad at most things. Customer service is poor, they are constantly out of items, the drive thru takes an ungodly amount of time, they mess my basic order up 80% of the time and the food is cold the majority of the time.

I would recommend you avoid this CJ until they step up their business.

Theyve changed theyre hpurs and 90% of the time they arent open for that late night craving. Fast food generally isnt open 24 hpurs in elk groce, but closing at 8pm with people still lining up in a now closed drive thru is just retarded. Ill go to mcdonalds across the street.

It gave me the runs for 36 hours Monday night. Maybe That's why the line is always empty.

Worst carls ever! Food is always cold, slow and they always mess up your order. Night shift is better, but the dude with a shaved head and glasses that works during the day is a joke.

They forgot to charge me. Gave me 2 1/3lb angus burgers, and a separate meal. Took my coupons and gave me food. That’s all.

Food was cold af and I was the only person there, so I didn't get how had it is the make some hot fresh food.

I ordered the beyond firery burger combo with sour dough bread and i even ate i took a bite without looking at it, it had bacon in it. This is outrageous, called the store so many times they keep hanging up. For a person not eating bacon this is unacceptable. I hope to get hold of the manager when i walk in. Also with the drink they didn’t even give th straw when we got to freeway than we realized no straw in the bag.

So I have been going to this Carl's Jr for years. I ordered a $5 quesadilla but I don't like to drink soda so I asked the guy if I could have a large ice water and he said that will be 2.25 I'm like really normally you guys just give me a the cup and I'd even be willing to pay like $0.25 so I said you know what never mind nice losing business bro anyway needless to say I'll never go back into that Carl's Jr and their service is always slow anyway

Clean and excellent service. Easy access from the freeway and close to freeway entrance/exit.

9 out 10 Dr's probably wouldn't approve of what I ate, but as least I don't smoke =-) "Carl's Jr. It's Healthier Than Smoking" I'll be back

They do burgers, fries and all the usual stuff you get at a burger place. It's Carl's Jr. You know what you're getting yourself into.

I called the night before to let them know I would be coming in the morning to place a large breakfast order. I also told them that it was for a homeless shelter. I was asked what time in the morning and I said between 7 -7: 30 AM. I was told to walk in and not go through drive thru.
The following morning I called at 7: 15 to let them know I was on my way and no answer. I called again and left message regarding my order. At 7: 45 the door was locked so I went to the drive thru only to be told that they open at
8 am and that there was no communication from the night crew letting them know that I was coming. Whoever I spoke to gave me the impression that there was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL BETWEEN THE NIGHT CREW AND THE MORNING CREW!

I left and went across the street to McDonald’s and was given hot breakfast for 25 people in less than 5 minutes!

Service was terrible with only one other coustomer in the store it took over 5 minutes to be recognized.

Ordered a three piece chicken tender combo. But they were out of honey-mustard dressing! Settled for BBQ sauce. Chicken was good, fries were good. Would have been better with honey-mustard, lol.

Went across the street from Mc Donald's for a "better" burger after getting the best fries in the world! Just ate the fries.burger was cold, old, and gross.

This is probably the worst Carl’s Jr.we been here a couple times and my husband works night shift and today he got there at 11: 45pm with no one at drive thru no workers. Why close at 12 midnight but have no one working at 11: 45

By far the worst carls jr ever been to was burger was uncooked and blood leaking out of it and fries were uncooked and so soggy
