A wait, usually is.hit and miss with staff being friendly. Pricey and food is ok. The online ordering app has a tendency to not work but when it does, it actually can save you a little money if you build up points. If they take too long with your order, they have you pull forward so their timer at the window clears as if they already completed the order promptly.

Ordered, paid, took order got back to work and my wasn't all there.
Did not get my whole order!
This made me so mad. I'm done with this place!

I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a chicken strip:/ tried to call to get an actual sandwich but no answer and a full VM box.

One of the managers short buff dude with a broken tooth was working the food station with his shirt off cooking over the stove and fry station. Gross and unsanitary. Don't recommend this place. Why do all the coworkers and drive throw people talk and act like the get treated and worked like slaves bad experience

Worst Experience I've Ever Had At A Carl's, Went Through Drive Thru, Took 22 Min To Take My Order, Which Mad Everyone Behind Me Very Upset To Say The Least. When I Finally Ordered A Number 4 Simple, Western Bacon Cheeseburger And Fries I Pull UP And Pay, They Say Sorry Your Food Is Not Ready, Pull UP To The White Line. 18 Mins Later I Get My Food, All This Time Everyone BEHIND Me Got There Food. What Was So Important About My Order? I Get The Same Thing Everytime. Oh And I Got Very Sick Yesterday And Continues Today

Poor execution on orders, orders have been wrong a couple times now. Ordered a primal thick burger. Got home had an original Angus. But honestly it looked like a famous star marked as an Angus burger. Kids burgers had onion asked for none.
Food taste good but if you are in a rush and need accuracy or have allergies I would not recommend this location.

They were pretty quick at getting our order out even though they forgot to put one of our hamburgers I in the bag the food was good

We ordered a large amount of food. They gave us one small bag with three items in it. We had to tell the girl 4-5 times our order and she still didn't get it right in the end. To top it off, the mozzarella sticks were not edible at all. Not going back.

Ordered Santa Fe chicken wrap, got a berger. Chicken club, not cooked all the way. Western bacon cheeseburger, not messy. Should have went somewhere else.

I ordered a Western Bacon cheeseburger single and a double cheeseburger fries and zucchini. Got home with a double western cheeseburger and no other burger to be found. $16+. So much for checking orders before sending them out. Very unhappy.

Yummie hot good food. Fast friendly service. I will come back time after time. Hand breaded chicken sandwich BEST chicken sandwich I've ever eaten. Pickles added perfect flavor. I'm SO impressed! Delicious. Omg

I had gastric Bypass in 1995 and still can't eat much. I'm able to buy the kids meal here and everyone still treats me like a person. The food is really good.

Horrible got the bacon Swiss got a peice of chicken a little larger than a nugget. Ordered a double cheese burger and got one and half patties

The burgers were awful. The condiments were old and should have been tossed days ago. Carl's Jr should be better than that at the prices they charge.

Horrible if any customer service! Employee s spent more attention to gossip than my order... Went back years later. Improved! =4 stars now

I love Carl's Jr but I was on my Harley yesterday and I got some food to go, I didn't get a drink with my meal because I couldn't carry it and ordered crosscut fries. When asked for upgrade I decided to buy a medium and was charged 2.19$ more for like 4 more fries I think it's ridiculous to charge that much for a upgrade when it seriously is a few more Oz of drink which remind you I didn't get and a couple more fries but the food was awesome so I will give 3 stars

Line is usually pretty empty which is pretty awesome to go in and get out quick. Everyone is kind. I have had them get my order wrong once when it was pretty empty maybe 2 or 3 cars in line besides myself, but food was still good.

This was one of my better fast food experiences. It means a lot when they get the order right, and when we don't have to wait too long. Chicken and waffles sandwich is the reason I'm giving it 5 stars today.
