10Went here after dark for a vanilla milk shake, the line was just a little bit slow tonight, but the milk shake was perfect
I love coming to this Carl's Jr. Michelle the sweet young woman who takes my order is always smiling, always friendly. If I am having a bad day she always finds a way to get me to smile. The cooks are always good and my food is always fresh, hot, and accurate. I recommend this restaurant.
I ordered 2 famous stars and 1 double western cheeseburger meal and it was absolutely delicious and was packaged neatly. Customer service was excellent
Just left after ordering an Oreo shake and a couple other things. The girl asked if I wanted whipping cream, I usually say no, but I said okay this time. After looking at it I noticed there was an absurd amount of whipped cream in it. After removing the whipped cream there was literally 2 inches of whipped cream lower than the cup after removing the lid. This just makes it so that I end up with far less shake and a bunch of whipped cream. Not cool at all and I feel ripped off. Uploaded a picture of the whipped cream removed
Food must have been deep fried about three times. No air conditioning. How can the employees take the heat? I'm going to Roseville next time.

The lady, Shauna R, in the drive thru was very sweet last night. The wait was a little long, but she said they were short staffed that night. Food service is a beast!
The manager S. Easter was very unprofessional. That's my sister and because of family drama she refused to take my order. If your gonna be a manager somewhere your personal life needs to stay at home and be professional inside the work place at all times. But the girl that took my order was very professional.
