15 Don’t came to this place staff is rude
If you don’t like your job go apply somewhat else!
Crazy wait time here! Workers are extremely slow. It’s not a fast food! It’s more of a slow food!
We put our order in the Drive-Thru but they said we have to come into use our card. Which was a little inconvenient because I was in a hurry.
The only thing good about this place is the breakfast menu. The burgers are OBSCENELY OVER-PRICED, and I am surprised this place has NOT BEEN BOYCOTTED OUT OF EXISTENCE!

No napkins by the soda machine and they served food without napkins

On a hot day, I came in with my elderly mom. We went shopping and stopped in about 6pm. Just as we walked in we were pleasantly welcomed by a tall gentleman.
The food was very good. The woman manager was very nice to us when we asked to change a sandwich. The char broiled chicken was very tasty.

I stopped by again. No improvement done. It is totally worse right now. Waited more then 45 minutes to get my food this is seriously ridiculous oh my I am in disbelieve. A director should stop by and talk to the rude staff currently working right now the only person providing good customer service is Ethan. He looks super stressed, but still managing himself. Do not understand why the dine in area is not closed since they are unable to operate it.
The way this manager or team leader in here talking to these AFTICAN WOMEN is despicable idk if it's a law suit at this point bc they might think he playing but from the outside looking in its shameful and rude and ain't no way anyone should be working in an hostile environment I understand they may be used to way worse and don't see the foulness is his behavior but its absolutely wrong and degrading at the same time run the cameras
Terrible customer service.
More than 35 minutes to receive order. Higher ups should come around and check staff out or help out some how. Poor Ethan he is out here stressed dealing with his own rude employees instead of them putting more from their end to get customers their orders quicker.
I went thru the drive and ordered a simple California Classic double cheeseburger. I ate it in my car. Gotta be honest, it was simply THE BEST fast-food burger i have ever had! Was so tasty and perfectly compiled that I was compelled to go inside and tell the cook how great it was. Made her smile. Keep up the good work! ️️️️️
Super slow took about 30min or more to get my order someone before me her order took more than 30min as well workers are constantly on their phone front cashier was only taking drive thru orders out not giving dine in order to customers
Unbelievable.
The dine in should be closed if they can not keep up with orders. Several customers have been waiting over 30 minutes for their order. I feel so bad for Ethan he should have the proper staff to remain open or close the dining area or drive through because with the staff he currently has this place can not be properly ran.
The better quality of the fast food chains if you're going to choose to eat this type of food.
