6I hate the generic greeting at the drive thru. Rarely are they ready to take your order. Today she was, which was surprising. Please get rid of it.
This location is a good one depending on who's working. A few bad attitudes at this location. Some people get to comfortable and fail to realize they are an employee not the owner. Treat their customers right. No need to be rude or have an attitude. Ask the customer not to return if you just don't wanna be bothered with them. Fries cost as much as a bag of potatoes, if that's the only thing I'm ordering, please make sure it's fresh, not re-cooked, and definitely not loaded with so much salt you can't eat them. Shout out to the employees who always make your food fresh. Thumbs down to bad attitudes and re-cooked food. FYI there is never a line here. No excuse.
Got a combo with a coffee and never got my drink and they close the window to fast I had things to do so couldn't go back and they never answer the phone
They were short handed no ice, when good came it was cold and one side of the drink stand had no no CO 2 so the drinks were flat.
Way over priced! Like everywhere else.
Worst one around! Everything was stale and definitely not fresh! Very disappointing considering the outrageous prices!
Always come to thru Carl’s Jr for lunch or dinner and service is always quick and good.
