Carls Jr.was empty at about 12: 30 pm. It was hard to understand the english of an older woman who took our order and she was not very friendly.

Avoid this place! Food was cold and when we attempted to return the owner, yes owner that is usually at the drive thru, initially denied our request until we pushed the issue of serving cold food that must be fresh and kept at a temp as to not make folks sick.

Always get it how its supposed to be made. Use your coupons from the mail! Up to 3 in the drive thru.

Your employees are very nice and the food here is very tasty, I have a completely clean restaurant here, your food is delicious, absolutely very delicious.

Consistently messy sandwiches every time. (REMINDER TO SELF) to go to another Carl's Jr. There's another loc[ation] about 5-7 minutes away (by car), I haven't had these issues there.

Ordered a child's meal and a double star - when got to the window the guy said you only ordered a double star but charged us $15.00. No kid meal - sounds like the clerk is ripping people off. Don't go there unless you want to pay extra so that the minimum wage clerk can make more than minimum wage. No receipt either, how convenient!

The food is ok, I haven’t really had too many issues there. The problem is that someone or a few people there have been skimming cards. I was able to trace to the last time I went through the drive through and used my card there, that my information was stolen and then used to purchase massages and brow services in Texas. To the owner: please be aware of who you hire and I would go through your security videos to see who is doing this.
For everyone else: Use Apple Pay here and don’t let them take your cards or phone in where you can’t see when they are processing your payment, especially when you go through the drive thru. If necessary go inside until they fix this.

There were problems with the app and promo codes and no one there was too willing to help. But it's carl's jr. I can't say my expectations were very high

Received my food via Door Dash today. While eating I seen something in a piece of my chicken. Turned out to be a bug. Either a gnat or a baby fly. The staff didn’t acknowledge the fact that I told them that and just brushed me off. Absolutely terrible. I would avoid at all costs.

Used to be my favorite hamburger not anymore food always seems to be cold and very expenses.
