7Ordered western bacons and didn't get any onion rings or sauce in it. Almost $10 for for a bacon cheeseburger with NO sauce. The 2 guys working there should be fired. Using profanity and and not friendly at all. Where do they find their employees, drug rehab facilities? This Carl's Jr probably will get shut down within a year judging by all the horrible experiences everybody has had.
I ordered 6 burgers, 4 Famous and 2 Western. It was a long wait for the food. When I got it, ONE of the Famous did not have a meat patty!
Went to drive thru and had to go in to get change was over charged. Food was cold. Fries tasted old and cold.
The food you always enjoy, but the service and employees at this location are helpful and nice.
Not sure what was going on tonight but I waited in the drive through for close to 25 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me! Then when I finally got my order and arrived home I opened the bag only to discover I did not get what I ordered. Beyond frustrated!
A place with a lonely and even sad atmosphere, neither the staff is at the counter or the box, a strange atmosphere.
It said it was a 24 hour drive-through but when we went no one showed up to serve us. It appeared open, the lights were on.
