Carl's Jr.

Service is excellent. Staff and management are amazing crew. I always eat there when I'm in town. I live a hour away and always make it a point to make a visit.

I was trying to order and it didn’t close until 11: 00 and it was 10: 45
And they were hiding in the back and I knew their was people because I saw a guy in the kitchen and they were just ignoring me HORRIBLE SERVICE

They were out of ice as well as one of the types of soda. They didn't offer an apology nor did they make an attempt to change out the soda.

I just wanted to thank the store employees and Manager Ninette she is the sweetest. As a busy mom, whether we come through the drive through or sit to dine in. The service and food is always great. Keep up the great work!

They NEVER have coffee when I want it. Back in the old days Carl's served coffee all day every day.
Since the summer of 2022 the service at an this Carl's is NOT a shining Star. The female manager with glasses has no grace when it comes to the fact. I declined ketchup for my fries. No thanks on Fries. So, I saved her money on over head. But, she still charged me for suace. The way she presents the entire of charging for extra sauce is obnoxious & unpleasant. Half the time.i tried ordering hot coffee over ge summer they have none available. What makes this Carl's special is the scerene
environment uptown. They could make so much more of outdoor dining & make it beautiful with focus trees if they wanted to. Charging for suaces when I declined catsup is a turn on off. The way the manager states "I'm going to have to charge you for suace" lacks grace & manners. Restaurants in who nickel & dime over suace aren't my favorite.

Had the worst experience today, and I waited 10 minutes just to order on the drive-through. I couldn't back up since there was a car behind me. I ordered 2 HAND-BREADED BACON SWISS CHICKEN SANDWICH COMBO Sandwich had lettuce, tomato, bacon, Swiss cheese and breaded chicken on a potato bun. I asked for no mayo on one of the sandwiches. The sandwiches we received had only pickles. I also ordered 3-PIECE HAND-BREADED CHICKEN TENDERS WITH BBQ SAUCE. When I finally drove up to the window, it took a few minutes to get my food after I had paid. When I looked inside the bag, there was no BBQ sauce, not even napkins. I tried to get the drive-through employee back to the window, and I ended up knocking on the window when she finally came back she had food in her mouth as she was chewing a mouth full of food she ask what did I want. I told her she had forgotten my BBQ sauce and had no napkins. She rolled her eyes and got the items. Overall, this location service has gone down. When I got home, my chicken tenders were burned, and my sandwiches were completely wrong.

Ninette is an amazing asset to this company! I really love her attitude and how positive and real she is. I have a Carl's Jr that's way closer to me but I rather drive a little to this Carl's Jr because of the excellent service!

Had to wait a long time in the Drive-Thru to take my order. No cup holders and bad customer service.

I recently visited Carl's Jr.and was extremely pleased with my experience. I used the drive-thru and was impressed with how fast and friendly the service was. My order was correct and arrived hot, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, there was nothing missing from my order, which can sometimes be an issue at fast-food restaurants.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at Carl's Jr.and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for fast and friendly service, and a delicious meal. Based on my experience, I would give them a full 5 stars. Thank you, Carl's Jr, for providing such great service!

Carl's Jr. Me and girlfriend favorite food since where in Redlands high school 1986 move to Washington state still eating Carl's Jr so many memories me and my girlfriend we used to go eat a lot Carl's Jr. RIP 9/11 she was working in Pentagon she pass away the center of Pentagon.

I go to this Carl's most often because the food is most always hot and there is no line.
I ordered a steak and egg breakfast burrito which is sublime here. Obviously their burgers, chicken and desserts are also great. Try them out.

Ordered a bacon western. The bacon was cold, hard, dry. Onion ring was hard as a rock. The burger was smashed so bad looked like it was stomped on

Great customer service and the fact that they are open so early makes things much better.thank you ladies for being open this early.
