Maria and her staff are really nice and friendly. I go there almost every day for breakfast. Food is good.

I visit this location every morning during the week for breakfast. Yes, my food is always tasty and well-made (thank you, Rosie!), but I return because the manager, Maria, and the rest of the staff are always friendly and cheerful and it kick-starts my day on a positive note. Maria is a great asset to Carl’s. Whenever there’s a car in front of me, I see her chit-chatting with the customers as she passes them their food, so I know for a fact that I’m not receiving special treatment. Treat people the way you want to be treated and your experience will be a good one!:)

I’m not one for reviewing fast food chains, but I’m reviewing this Carl’s Jr. I was greeted with friendly smiles. Tracy was very friendly and helpful. I had an amazing experience at Carl's Jr! The food was delicious, especially their Double Western Burger and Waffle Fries. The service was quick and friendly, making it a great dining option when you're on the go. I'll definitely be returning for more tasty meals in the future.

Upon trying to place a drive-thru order for 2 Big Char Chile Burger Combos (which was displayed on the window for $7.99) I think the young man was new and asked for help. Right away a woman steps in with a bit of an attitude, I'm assuming she was a manager, and tells my husband that the special can only be honored online. My husband referred to the poster in the window. She says "But you were trying to order the Angus Burger. " NO! We just wanted the Combo special in the window! Took 4 rounds of arguing what we wanted to order before she said, "Oh, that's the Big Char Chile Burger, NOT the Angus! " YES! That's what we asked for! Then she asks what size! Whatever size is $7.99! SO frustrated. We will not be coming back to this location for a LONG time! Plus the burger looked NOTHING like the flyer!

Rude cashier/drive thru employee. Not even a Hi, thank you or have a nice day. No customer service skills whatsoever

I just feel like the condiments at each fast food place go specifically with their food. You can't have a Carls Jr Burger and think it's gonna taste the same with McDonalds ranch.
So why do they run out of Ranch so much at this location? !

Exceptional service food was hot and fresh! Nice clean store staff is very friendly and the manger is awesome! Highly recommended

A lady offended me and started recording me and making fun of me to my face because I told her that it was not right for her to treat me like that, it was not right for her to tell me to use the bathroom when it was an emergency…
I came to eat and I told him give me the bathroom code and he told me first order and pay I told him it's an emergency my 5 year old child needed to go to the bathroom he said no no first pay order and pay and I said ok now Give me the code, he said, I'll open the door for you, my boy peed as soon as we got to the bathroom, he couldn't contain himself anymore and he peed in his pants and the rest, if I can find out where it was.when I came out of the bathroom, I told him, I don't think so.well what you did at Carl's Jr.where I work we don't do that to customers at first he didn't respond she stayed silent then she told me ps if that's where you work it's fine but that's how it is here I told her well it's not fine my son She peed, how do you think she's going to eat like that? The boy said that she didn't care and that she was going to call because I was accusing her. He told her of course that I'm not just commenting on you and he started laughing at me and taking photos of me and he told me. Right now they are going to call you from work, I told them that you are coming to treat me badly and to complain about things to me, I told him, don't be a liar, I didn't do you any harm, realize what you're doing, he made fun of me and took photos of me and my children. What a bad service, these people do not deserve much less a manager's position.

Great service Kevin was super fast, friendly and he was right… the new Diablo meal was perfect, come fresh and price was reasonable.

Came for lunch today and received great service from the manager. Food was delicious and the have free refills! Coke was tasty.

This restaurant is very clean and clean restrooms. The service was outstanding by the whole crew they made us feel like they cared and the manager came to check on us which you don’t see often anymore.

Hardly ever visit Carl’s Jr but I came to this one this morning and I am beyond pleased! The manager is friendly! Staff is actually nice! I don’t have to wait for my food on the side like McDonald’s has been doing lately. It’s a breath of fresh air to have friendly staff at a fast food place. 5 stars but they deserve 10!

Food was great! The milk shake was perfect and the atmosphere was very upbeat. They do a good job with clean restrooms.

This is by far the VERY WORST! Carl's Jr I've been to.

- I approached the counter and wasn't recognized. I called to the manager and not even a look towards my way, I also tried calling employees, but nothing.is it because I look Hispanic? Or dark skin? The manager was white. I wonder if I looked white would I have been treated like this.

This place looked unsanitary.the city should close this location permanently.

To corporate, please look into this matter and see your reviews there all negative.

Very alluring cashier flirted and flattered me the entire time. Made me feel good about spending my hard earned money in that place.

Lady in the drive thru rude. My kids mom went inside to use the restroom.she was called a lier from the lady in the drive thru wasn't going to open the restroom up for her.told her to complain to the manager on Monday it was Saturday around 3 330 pm
