8So, I came in making sure to get a quick meal with a coupon. This guy behind the counter had actually tried to cheat me out of my 10 dollar bill as a 5 dollar when giving me change. He even had the nerve to ask me if it's a 5 dollar bill! I did a cash back for 10 dollars in a smart & final before this happened. It's clear, employees now a days are trying to swindle you now.
Very clean and the workers are very nice and they take the food to you and even offer to throw it away! Never been disappointed when i go there. And they recently decorated which makes it 10 times better
Service is beyond my expectations, I had only 35 minutes between my classes and I stopped by by lunch time to Carl's in the Student Union CSULB, employees work with a sense of urgency, I received my food quick, fresh and delicious. I was able to eat and go to my next class without any problem. Thanks Carl's Jr.
Food was ordered I waited 15-20min. The manager and everyone were scrambling around not organized at all. Others were getting served before my order. I caught the manager go “oh yeah the order I forgot”. SMH. Then when they said it was ready they still forgot a medium drink. So I had to ask for it. Also with my order was a chocolate milkshake that was not filled correctly smh. This place needs help.
The service was really really good from a fast food place I was not expecting such friendly happy service.
Sat at the drive through for almost 10 minutes for one item. People could be seen inside talking and just standing around. Food was handed to me without anything being as they barely opened the drive through window. Also - the shredded lettuce tasted old and the whole sandwich tasted off. I won't be back to this location.
Was in the area. Stopped by for lunch, as my company would pay for my lunch, and it was been very expensive at Carl's for a while now, so I had stopped going there for a few years now, although I always loved the Western Bacon Cheeseburger.well. $16.00 for a Double Western Combo? Really? It wasn't even that big of a portion. Now I remember why I stopped going. Even if work will pay for lunch, will not be going there.
