I order an guacamole burger was to nasty to wet, like 1/3 spoon of guacamole and meet to bad never stop again on this place.

I don't think I've ever left a drive thru angry before. My last visit to this restaurant was different. Everything from ordering to receiving my order was terrible.
Let me preface by saying I have managed restaurants for over 20 years and I have never been treated so rudely.
The young lady at the drive thru window was so disrespectful and blatantly dismissive that it was insulting. When I pulled up to the window, she wouldn't even look at me. She had a dower look and gave me my total. After handing my receipt she continued to hand me my kids meals and other items without saying a single word or looking at me. When I asked if that was everything she looked behind her and said loudly, "HAVE A NICE DAY, SIR! " and slammed the window in my face.
Now I know there is probably something underlying here and it's not me she's pissed at but why ON EARTH would you have this young lady front and center as the face of your restaurant unless you DONT CARE or you are actively trying to sabotage your restaurant?
I will NEVER return here. The food is overpriced and under delivers anyway and if you don't have decent customer service then. What's the point?

Good food, but horrible service, guess the one that handles walk in customer was on break. The drive thru guy was stressing. Also the soda machine drinks tasted bad cutting back on the syrup? And were out of fried zucchini.

California double burger special very small, and soggy from all the goop they put on it. Beef had minimal flavor.

Charged me 21 dollars for frys, sorry and the difference back doesn't fix my 35dollar overdraft fee! I even said no when he told me the price yet kept ringing it up. IGNORED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THIS PLACE. I wish the worst on you my whole weekend is screwed from this another $10dollar bill comes out today. Now there's not enough so THATS $70 IN OVERDRAFT FEES BECAUSE YOU GODAMN DRIVE THRU CANT SLOWDOWN. Beyond disgusted by this treatment and dissmissal

A solid Carl's Jr but depending on who's cooking, the meat patties can come out perfect or subpar so just be ready for it. Usually not a long wait.

The soda spilled out in front of the door and the floor got wet, so I wanted to say wipe it, but this crazy employee says it's my fault to get rid of it. I don't know what this crazy employee misunderstood. You should listen to what the customer is trying to say. Also It's not a good idea ask to customer 'why you throw away the cup? '. It seems good to give a new cup. Does the boss know an employee who shouts loudly at this process to a customer? If you have CCTV, check it out. Very rude and bad attitudes place in Poway.
Btw, Did I trip over a door mat? Or someone folded?
