I go here on my chemo days, for fast food they have a lot of healthy options. They are always fast and pleasant at the window.

The food is good at any time of the day but it is to expensive, I'm gonna start using coupons for this place if I don't have any then I won't come.

I bought charboiled chicken salad here and ask for ranch when I ordered it. I moved forward and paid and before I left, I noticed that they gave me vinaigrette instead and gave me one small ranch as a replacement for the ranch dressing. How do you think that small cup if ranch will be a dressing for a salad? You can just say you don't have so I went to another store instead. After that I realized that they didn't gave me croutons and the salad wasn't organized the way it should be. I bought it today (March 14,2020 11: 30pm) THIS HAPPENED TO ME TWICE WHERE THEY DON'T HAVE RANCH DRESSING AND DIDN'T told me at least.

This place is obviously one of the most pleasant restaurants in the area. Always when I visit this place I am remarkably glad. They hold their very high standard service and the highest level of food they offer. You always win with this place. Highly recommended.

Worse customer service! First Esmeralda gives attitude over the drive through speaker and in person, then you pay for your food and they tell us to please wait in the parking lot also the location was not busy we were the only ones in the parking lot we parked at 6: 30 didn't get our food till 6: 45 save your time don't bother coming here. Then when Esmeralda handed us the food didn't say anything and left

The classic add jalapenos cost exactly $4.20. And Seth Rogen and Jay Baruchel ate at Carl's jr.in the movie This is the End right before they got baked at Seth's house. So that was a pretty amazing coincidence.

Place is dirty the restrooms were horrible and to top it off you cannot go in it until you order there was a huge line ahead of me so ladies you can imagine how that is the manager (red hair lady) was so rude and the food was horrible I had to ask for my money back I left the food there I didn't even want a replacement

Please do everyone a favor a fire all the employees! Y'all need better staff! Worst customer service.

One of the worse Carls Jr.in town. The employees are angry or something. I no longer come to this location because the employees have given up on life here.

The girl at the register, didn't even acknowledge me for about 7 minutes. It's on Roscoe across from the library panorama city, ca. About 9am, I don't like going there on account of her, but it the close to where I live. I won't even rate it. But it says I need too.

Suzette is the most unpleasant staff member here. She's easy to spot out, just look out for the trailer park trash with red hair and a horrible attitude. Quit your day job if you want to treat customers so poorly. On top of kicking out me And my service dog. Let's hope corporate cares enough to handle this issue properly!

Not clean; no WiFi; accepts EBT; NOT homeless-friendly. Manager Suzette very unfriendly. The Wendy's 1 block away is newer and MUCH nicer (Wendy's has WiFi & USB charging jacks and electrical outlets for phones & laptops; Carl's Jr.doesn't).

Fix your roof leaks, please. Great service though.

They refuse to honor promotions. I came by to order a meal and also claim a promotion from T-Mobile Tuesdays. They refused to accept it even though the promotion specifically mentions it lasted for an entire week. The manager of this store apparently told them to only accept the promotion during Tuesdays, regardless of what the franchise agreed on.

WAIT WAY TO LONG. THEY PROBABLY NEED MORE HELP. 5.00 Lunch however was good. Lots of food. Well worth price.

Stopped in to get kids something to eat and the adults a Coke. They were out of large cups, they were out of milk for the kids. Employee at window wasn't very friendly.

Take so long to prepare the food and they do not give purchase receipts in the drive thru service.

I decided to come here on my lunch break. I was uncomfortable waiting for my food. My order was in fact incorrect, but I didn't want to waste anymore time. I typically have a soft voice and do not project loudly. I usually leave that as the reasoning for any mistakes made with my orders. I only went that one time, and have not been back since.
