Carlsbad Neighborhood Pharmacy is such a refreshing change compared to the larger chains like CVS, etc. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. I'm genuinely surprised. It's rare to find such a well-run establishment within America's healthcare system, but this pharmacy is absolutely 10/10.

If you're dealing with the endless hassles that come with filling your prescriptions at CVS (my old pharmacy), I would strongly advise that you come here instead.

Dr. Cuong Duong and Julia are both great to work with. If you happen to call and their line is busy, just wait a couple of minutes and try again; it's worth it.

A few other minor notes:
-The store is immaculately clean.
-They have delivery services.
-They work with most (if not all) major insurance companies.
-They get things right the first time.
-Wait times are usually a fraction of CVS and Target.

The Pharmacist and staff are ALWAYs friendly and I love the communications via text. I highly recommend the Carlsbad Neighborhood Pharmacy.

This is a great little pharmacy. I was so fed up with the terrible service and long waits at CVS so I switched my prescriptions. The owner is at the store serving you and greets you by your name when he gets to know you. Great vaccine experience as well. So happy to be supporting a nice small business owner instead of the big corporate pharmacies. Make the switch, you will be glad you did.

Mr Cuong
Gives exceptional service and good advice on medications. His pharmacy has no waiting for long time to receive your refills. Also He has mobile app bar code refilling. Prices are significantly less.

This new Pharmacy is the best! Cuong is a miracle worker. We were paying over $200 for a particular prescription and he got it for us for $14! I appreciate the very personal service Cuong gives us.
