Terrible Service Department and last time i will buy a Porsche (thanks Addib and team). My PCM had a faulty error and it took Porsche Germany over 6 months to replace. No music or backup camera for 6 months (no backup camera is a safety issue). Complete trash. The dealer in addition had me come in saying the PCM was there and ready to install and it wasn't. I also had a trim piece for the window fall off and asked them to glue it (its the least they could have done considering my issue). Anyway, They lost the part and said they would ship it to me and never did. Thanks Addib! Sold my car the next week and will never buy a Porsche again!

The salesperson Tony was friendly and helpful. He practiced physical distancing and allowed my wife to test drive one of the cars. We will mostly be back for more discussions on leasing.

I tried to be nice and stared small talks with the service advisor Addib Skandari. He sounded impatient and did not want to pick up conversations. He did not give suggestions what service is recommended and such, like he does not care about it. Avoid picking him as your service advisor. The service itself (oil change) was OK.

Was ready to pull the trigger on a vehicle here all cash or even financed, Didn't really care but i was ready to buy, get on a flight and buy this vehicle. The staff member just kept telling me to come in, come in before we close.

Well If he read my email i am about 8 hours away. Bit hard for me to just "come in" and buy the vehicle i was interested in when i have to plan to come with a flight and my schedule.

I emailed multiple times with a follow up and he kept telling me to come in. I emailed asking for a OTD cash price broken down so i could see everything and make this deal happen. Never emailed me back.

Will take my business elsewhere. Guess it was not meant to be.

Long overdue review but just wanted to call out Ray and Jason for the great experience I had with getting a CPO car. Both were super helpful, upfront, and went out of their way to make sure I had a great car buying experience. Can't recommend working with either enough.

Rolled in here today unplanned in the middle of the day Friday after an unexpected transmission fault crippled my 981. They took the car in, checked diagnostics, investigated the issue, cleared it, test drove it, washed it, and had me back on the road. This was despite every service bay already being full and clearly having a large backlog of work.

Can't say how much I appreciate the no-appointment no-questions-asked service. Perfect experience.

This is California, and this place does not have one female sales associate, so they have lost my purchase.

Work with Walter Andrews on finding our dream car. He was very knowledgable and patient with us. He found us the perfect car at a good price and always felt like he was working for our benefit. If you go to Carlsen Porsche, ask for Walter if you want a great buying experience!

Sam the sales rep.found the model I wanted. It was between a Lexus new SC and the Porsche won my heart.

Be ready to pay significant percentage of dealer markup over MSRP (in the range if 20-50% especially if you buy any GT cars from them).

If you look at dealerships 1-3 hours away you will find better buying experiences and prices. Porsche of Fresno, Porsche of Livermore, or Porsche of Monterey are great dealerships.

Great place to buy a car, terrible place for service. Competent but expensive. Staff are aloof and defensive. Advertise a price match policy but make it practically impossible to take advantage of. Not my kind of people. Paid $500 too much for last service. Not going back.

Top notch sales team to find exactly what you want, with a service team that goes above and beyond. Would definitely buy from them again.

I’ve dealt with Beto in Servicing twice lately: he delivers Great service. During maintenance he’ll always give you progress updates whilst tour car is in for repair or service.

Truly the best car dealership I've ever been to. The people are incredibly polite and will help with anything you need, whether you are getting your car serviced or you're looking for a new one.

I had the worst service experience ever in this dealer. The car is luxury but the service is so poor. I met two service consultants who were both very arrogant and not friendly. I would strongly recommend you go to buy a Tesla or other Porsche Dealer.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was looking for a lug nut key for my 911 Turbo, and the great service guy there, Mike, handed one from his parts bin. Great good will generated. And of course, I was drooling all over the new models there. Great experience.

I recently bought 2016 Porsche Cayenne from Carlsen and it was wonderful experience. They are very professional. Sales team know how to take care customers.

I purchased both my Cayenne and Panamera S here from Tony who is really great. Both cars are serviced here and it's always been a great experience. It's a remarkable step up from a typical Mercedes or BMW dealer.

I brought in my 1983 Porsche looking for some parts that I could not find online. The staff was top notch. They no only knew what I was looking for, they did no mind me talking to one of the older techs for some pointers on how to put the part in. Really nice people.
