You'll get a killer workout and notice improvements in muscle tone regardless of your fitness level, the energy of every class is so happy and uplifting, the instructors are knowledgeable and fun, and the studio is clean and gorgeous! Your workouts will seem to fly, by but the lasting positive effects will not!
Love this little studio. I have taken classes with both Harmony and Arianne, and they are super knowledgeable and deliver a tough workout! The community and the instructors are very welcoming of all ages, stages and abilities, and it is a very supportive environment to meet your fitness goals.
CarmelBarre has changed my life. I found Arianne and CarmelBarre in July 2013 and have never looked back. So much so, that I became an instructor and joined the team to teach! I have met all of my best friends at the studio. I've gone through both of my pregnancies, teaching AND taking classes. I've taught classes and taken classes when I was tired, happy, every emotion. CarmelBarre makes me a better person, Mom, friend, wife. Everything! Physically and mentally, CarmelBarre has been there for me. Arianne is not only my boss and mentor, but I consider her a best friend. CarmelBarre has built such a strong community, it's so special. Encouragement, strength, positivity, goal setting, love.
