I went for basic pedicure. I have some dead skin on my heals. Inspite of my repeated requests no effort was made to try doing it.
45 minutes job (shown on website) was done in 25 minutes

I have been going here for an entire year and loved it until the most recent experience. When I asked about making them shorter (politely) the tech made it seem like a major inconvenience and made me feel incredibly bothersome for even asking. The dip is uneven, the finish is bubbly and way longer than i asked for and when making a simple request the tech made it seem like a big deal. I have recommended 3 other people here but now we won’t be returning.

I have been here twice for a pedicure and the service is always wonderful. Therefore, I decided to give them an opportunity to a manicure. (I was hesitant and concerned due to the trauma another nonrelated salon had done to my nails damaging my nail bed and making them extremely thin and sensitive.) The process of me trying to heal my nails on my own was not being effective. The kind lady, who I believe to be the owner of Carmel Valley Nail Lounge, was attentive and understood what my concerns were based on the dire shape my nails were in. She made some suggestions and we both agreed that the least evasive and most effective option would be dip powder. She had a skillful nail tech provide me with such great service. I am grateful beyond measure that they both took the time to listen and apply their professionalism to provide me the attention and care my nails so desperately needed.

Most relaxing pedicure I've had. The technicians are very professional and friendly. This is the best service I've had. Will be making this business my go to place.

Excellent service, on a busy Mother’s Day weekend they were able to fit me in for a dip manicure.

I did some online research as I am very particular about where I go to treat myself to a pedicure. This was my first time @ Carmel Valley Nail Lounge. I showed up about 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. I was greeted and welcomed in and was able to have a wonderful nail tech attend to me. I requested the Euro Pedicure with reg polish and the nail tech did such an incredible job that I will definitely be returning. I will make sure to take pictures next time and share the name of my nail tech because the care that was applied to my service made my toes look and feel like perfection. I really do recommend this nail spa.

If you get home looking for a nail file to soften the skin around your nails after spending 1.5h and $69 at a nail salon that says something: (
If you can do a better job polishing your nails that is sad too.

I got French tip dip on my natural nails! Friendly customer service, the lady who did my nails did not clean my nails, did not put cuticle oil on afterwards or put lotion on my hands. I am disappointed, also she left dip power on my skin.

Hands down - THE ABSOLUTE BEST pedicure experiences I have ever had in my life! I thoroughly enjoyed the Tropical Pedicure I received from Lee, came back a month later for another and Monica absolutely did NOT disappoint! Two different techs, yet consistent, amazing service from both! Massages so good I got the goosebumps and darn near felt emotional! Please treat yourself to a Tropical Pedi!

I've been coming here for 2-3 years now and it's seriously one of the best salons ever. I try to keep it to myself but its so good I tell everyone. They have drinks if you need one while you relax! And the nail techs are incredibly sweet and SO good at what they do!

This will forever be my go to spot!
