14I arrived at the Carmichael DMV for Driver License renewal at about 4: 20 PM on Friday, Dec 8th. Was directed to a room behind me where I was able to update all the personal information that appears on a driver license. I checked my phone and saw that I needed to go to window #20 for assistance. I passed the eye exam, paid for my license renewal and was directed to another window where finally, after 17 years of automatic driver license renewals, I was so glad to have a current picture taken. With each previous automatic renewal my skin tone would appear more and more reddish until I finally looked as though I had been baked for too long at a tanning salon. All in all, this was a rare DMV visit where all tasks were completed quickly and I was out the door 40 minutes after I arrived. Thank you, Carmichael DMV!

Had a kinda difficult issue so it took a while but ultimately was all cleared up within a reasonably timely manner, they would have gotten five stars but several of the employees were snapping at people as if they get paid a bonus for doing so. That wasn't koo at all. Just talk to people like they're people
A few people working there so rude. Most time I west a lot my time. There is no customers management, no any new initiatives from site supervisor. In addition, dirty bathroom that is no good especially when kids get restroom.
Could have been better, sent the money a for my car registration, I know HQ pretty fast but mysteriously my check wasn't posted.
I know they're trying to improve. It still took 2 and half hours to complete process in person
Went to renew my driver's license today and had great customer service. Tiana was pleasant had my app processed in no time. Took 50 minutes including drive time from and to home. I've always had good service at the Carmichael DMV.
Very bad service, there are people who work there who serve poorly, the people are very unpleasant.
Was able to schedule an appt online for the next business day. With the appt I was out within 10 mins with my DL renewed. Nice!

It's 2023 people need respect, you have gotta treat people right! Especially when you're in a position of service. You can't just be grumpy and rude. This location needs to work on its work ethic. You are getting paid. Please be NICE!
