Carolina's Italian Restaurant

Don’t waste your time or money at this place. Food has no flavor multiple Yelp reviews show food arrives with mold and metal pieces. This place was good years ago not anymore. It’s a HUGE disappointment

This is an old school Italian restaurant. The
owners give personal service and recommendations. O

While in town to go to Disney my family and I needed a place to eat. We usually always go to Red Robin but the service and food has gone way down hill the last couple years so we decided to try something different and what a HONEY HOLE we landed in going to Carolinas Italian restaurant. The brochure at our hotel had an ad for this place on it. Funny story: we actually went to Bucca DiPeppo. Once seated I opened the menu and saw a Caesar salad was $24 and a plate of spaghetti for my kids was $10+ I'm sorry but I'm not going to pay that for pasta. We ended up walking out and going to Carolina's and boy are we so glad we did! The garlic knots were delish; the perfect amount of crisp on the outside with a soft fluffy inside and a tangy marinara dipping sauce. My husband had chicken parmesan with side spaghetti, son had chicken Alfredo, daughter had meat sauce spaghetti while I had a Caesar salad and a small pepperoni pizza. The cheese on my pizza was so good everyone was trying to eat my pizza rather than their meals. Everyone loved their plates and the portions were large enough that when we moved onto our next hotel the following night in a different city we didn't have to go out for dinner we had enough leftovers for 4. We will definitely be back every time we come to Disney in the future!

Only con: Pepsi products. We are coke lovers all the way so we did bring in our own sodas since we had them in the cooler in the car from traveling.

Called and were told the restaurant had gluten free pasta and then at the location were told that only the pizza could be gluten free. Would not have gone but for the misinformation about the gf pasta.

My wife makes better spaguetti with meatballs than this place. I was dry and unappetizing.

I can't say enough good things about Carolina's. My company orders lunch from here several times a year and the food is always exceptional. Today we had a delivery order schedule through Door Dash and long story short, we never received our food from the delivery driver. This problem was no fault of Carolina's, as we confirmed that the food was indeed picked up by the Dasher. Door Dash support contacted the restaurant for me and Carolina's remade *everything* for us. I even received a call from Tim, who apologize for mistakes that he was not responsible for. He offered to deliver our order himself, and he even added dessert and beverages to our order. While someone else was already on their way to pick up the new order, it was touching that he wanted to go out of his way to hand deliver this new order. My team already loves the food at Carolina's: for reference, we typically order 2 family-sized salads and 6 to 7 large pizzas for our on-site trainings. This was by far the best customer service that I've personally received in ages, and my company is happy to order *pick up* from Carolina's any time. We appreciate Tim and Richard for their tremendous kindness today.

This restaurant was fabulous. I loved the atmosphere in the service. It was like being at your grandmothers house never felt rushed, was always polite and always bringing the things that we needed. The portions were large two people can share one plate. We tried the dessert after, and it was just as delicious. There is also a great selection of beer.

The food was tasteless. We have been coming for years. The worst it has ever been. My Chicken Part sandwich was obviously burnt and black, and served anyway. Sent it back and in was not much better just less black. Sliw service.

Was just in there super rude! The guy, and the girl supposedly they were both managers. I heard them yelling at a poor Uber eats girl. They took the food from her and literally threw it away onto a counter!

Carolina's has the best Italian food. My favorite is their cheese ravioli. Good prices, service, and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Visiting family and Carolina’s was suggested for pickup! I really enjoyed this Italian food! I will visit again and order again because it was excellent.

Landed from New Zealand today and got into the area late afternoon. Asked our hotel for a recommendation and Carolina’s did not disappoint.

Our 4 year old was very tired but they got her food out super quickly. The food was so so yummy and could not fault a single thing:)
The sauce that comes with the mozzarella sticks is on point

First time here, and I'm glad we came. The portions are super huge! First time I've ever had an Italian vanilla cream soda OMG I was blown away, and that's coming from someone who really doesn't care much about sweet drinks. We are definitely going to be coming back.

When I used to live down the street from Carolina's, I would often enjoy the wonderful meals, mostly because the servings were enough for 2 meals for me. We returned this evening, and although the menu had changed a bit, the food was still delicious, & served piping hot! We had the Spaghetti with Meatballs & Sauasage, & the Chicken alla Anthony. Both came with soup or salad. Our server Marco was terrific. The staff all helped each other which is great when the restaurant is busy! The price is very reasonable, & the portions are very nice. It was a wonderful meal, & once again I am happy to have some very tasty leftovers!

Very nice little place. Large selection of imported beers. Large portions of food. Very generous.

Love this place but my bothers ravioli's were frozen, ruined his appetite. Seeing that spoiled my appetite. The waiter wasn't very friendly. I won't go back there for a very long while.
