It was Tuesday morning and five guests were due to arrive on Thursday. The kitchen upholstered bar stools and tile floor grout all looked terrible. Against all hope I called to see if we could be scheduled for cleaning before guests arrived. I got the outgoing message and left voicemail, figuring I was way too late. I was surprised when Bailey called back a few minutes later. He explained the truck was being repaired and he was backed up, but he would work me in somehow. Sure enough, Bailey was on our doorstep 9 the next morning and did a great job with the cleaning. Who offers service like THAT anymore!?

Due to a delivery truck blocking my office, the cleaner couldn't access the building for our Friday morning appointment. (No fault on Carpet Masters at all, and I appreciate his patients.). He said he would try to come back Monday, or Tuesday morning at the latest. I already had patients scheduled for 9am on Tuesday morning. He did indeed come and clean the carpets, and he told me that everything would be dry in time for me to see patients, but that was not the case. I wasn't surprised, but when I came to work at 8am on Tuesday, the carpets were still soaking wet and I had to quickly call and reschedule my patients for that morning. I am not at all upset with the person who cleaned the carpets, but I think a more realistic answer would have been to let me know that if he was coming to clean the carpets early that morning, they would not be dry in time to for me to see patients that day.

Carpet Masters came to help us detect an unpleasant odor in our home. It turned out NOT to be the carpet and I appreciated that they gave the chance to cancel the service. I felt the carpet needed to be cleaned anyway so we proceeded, but their honesty was very much appreciated! They've always done a great job for us!

I had a large white german shepherd who shed 24/7/365. I also have a dirt back yard. Needless to say my carpet was pretty dirty with lots of dog fur. Since Carpet Master came, my carpet is clean and fur free.

I used Carpet Masters for the first time last year. They did such an excellent job I called them in to do my carpets again this year at my rental. I had the same positive experience this year.
