We were doing a last minute project and Phil took the time to educate us on the different styles and quality of carpet that fit into our budget. We visited the showroom a couple times, picked out the carpet we liked and scheduled the install. Very easy and smooth process for us. Phil and Carpet One is great. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Installers were professional and quick. I had a small room for new carpet. They showed up, I left for an hour, then came back and done. They even moved my couch back in without asking. Call Phil, he'll take care of you!
We had an excellent experience with Carpet One. Our entire basement floor needed to be replaced with bamboo and tiles in the bathroom, and Phil gave excellent advice in the choices we made. His crew was also really professional and friendly, arriving on time and doing little extras that made a big difference to the finished product. I would highly recommend Carpet One.

From the diligent sales guy (Dirk, who although retiring saw our job through to the finish) to the installer (Jeff - incredible patience, skill and good humor with our crazy house) to the owner (Phil - so helpful, great follow through), we were so impressed by the whole business.
