Nice new building but they are not set up for immediate repair on refrigeration trailers I went in there and they said two weeks for next service repair
Huge lobby for customers, but mostly wasted spaces. Wait time is terrible, but you need people in the lobby. Very clean facility
They was awesome! Got there before they opened and was in and out in less then a hour! Can't thank them enough for the speedy service with the repair! Very friendly and courteous service writer as well! Helped me out with the coffee was extremely helpful! Would recommend for drivers to come to the facility for repairs! Excellent Service! Friendly, skilled, and eager to be of service. That's what I encountered at Transicold Carrier in Riverside CA.
Very unhappy with the quality of work done here. Each time, they kept my trailer 5 days to a week. And had to bring back, and leave with them 3 separate times. 1rst time to service my reefer.the next 2 times, was to redo the service, that they didn't do correctly the 1rst time.
Actually had to take it to ANOTHER carrier service, to finally fix it right
I had a long wait but no biggie to me. The service tech that took care of my Apu was great, friendly, efficient and very quick at his job. Thank you very much. From me and my puppy journey.
Went in to get my apu fixed. Waited till after the guy was in my truck and sitting on my bed to tell me that due to the cdc he cant be in my truck and isnt allowed to fix it
Chris, James were the two techs who worked on my APU. They were great people. Knowledgeable about there work.
Didn't mind answering questions.
Everyone were kind, friendly & respectable.
Showed me and my husband a great hospitality.

Great staff and Great service! Would definitely recommend, Alicia was very helpful through out the process!
Worse experience ever. Came there knowing that I have battery problem ask them to double check, also replace green light on the side of my unit because it was not working. Got battery replaced 2 hours later with invoice or $613 included (biggest rip off ever).
Week later reefer start shutting off and by itself, went to another Carrier dealer in WY and find out that plug to micro control unit is broken another invoice for $1550.

The gentleman on the night shift was absolutely wonderful. Respectful, professional and even chatted for a bit. He was quick and efficient. Only gripe is the backing room kind of sucks and its a dust bowl, other than that it was a good experience for being broke.
