Jason from Carroll was a lifesaver. I had a plumbing emergency and he came out when my usual plumber couldn’t. He was prompt, professional, and a great communicator. I highly recommend him.

If I could leave a 0 I would. Warning to all Montecito residents. The lack of professionalism and decency with office staff at Carroll Plumbing is not just shameful it’s appalling. The rude and crass behavior has left me wanting to leave a 0 for a review. I hope the owner cares to take the time to train and educate Nancy and Columba, both as representatives of the company that currently behave abusively towards customers. To say they were rude and defensive and aggressive pales the experience on the receiving end of the call.

A great Santa Barbara company. Super nice and very professional work. A go to company when you need a job done right.

Very responsive and willing to help out. They have a diverse crew and always willing to answer questions. Reasonably priced, not the lowest, but fair. I’d recommend them for most any job, Especially a complicated one.

For a simple drain clean out- or basic clog, there are definitely less expensive options in the area.

Overall a great company.

I'm using my wife's account to write this post because I am so shocked at the way the lady that answer the phone spoke to me. I called to ask for them to come fix a low water pressure issue I've been having at my house. The lady on the phone was accusitory, rude, and was almost yelling to talk over me at one point. Sorry Carroll Plumbing, you lost my business and recommendations.

Called to request a service, the lady in the office was extremely rude, said don't call her ever again and hung up. Don't appreciate her un-professionalism

Called this company to get some help with a dripping sink. A manager got on the phone to inquire and then told me they don't want to "adopt someone else's problem. " I assured him that there was no "adoption. " I'd pay them in full for whatever was needed to fix it. He said, "we're so busy right now, we're not going to do it. " Wow, what a jerk! My guess is that there is a management problem there. Beware.

Service at its best. Honest, excellent service. Every person you have cataract with can't do enough for you. Wouldn't go any where else.

Gosh what a night and day experience calling these guys from the other shops. Had a challenge installing a water filtration unit. Tony answered some questions and was able to propose a solution on the spot. The other companies work with useless "dispatchers" that have no experience and cannot help with basic first step decision making. (Yes YOU Lewis plumbing - useless bastards). Thanks To Carrol for being awesome.
