Horrible customer service, Salesperson wouldn’t even get up to show me the inventory or options I had for purchase… I had to walk away

Guys r lazy, they won't get up off their chairs, and come Outside and show me trailers, So I went else Wheres.

These guys are great, they didn’t have what I needed this time but they pointed me in the right direction anyway. Thank you Carson trailers Lancaster for all your patience with my dumb questions when the other places wouldn’t give me the time of day;-)

Thomas provided an excellent and friendly straightforward service. It is my first the purchasing any type of trailer. Thomas was very patient in explaining everything. Paperwork was a breeze. The only con is the low inventory. I mean non-existence kind of inventory.

Just got off the phone with quit the loser and "zero" help with what I was shopping for. Very short, impersonal involving customer service and uninterested in helping me with my purchase. I was willing to drive up there (3.5 hour drive) and pay cash for a 12 foot landscape trailer. Everything was a well sounded "No" in this guys book. Him and the company he works for just lost out in selling a trailer today. I'll never call that place again.

I went on Sunday morning around 10 am the 2 person working there where the worst Help they look mad and not helping i ask them for a trailer and didn’t wanted to help.im not the first person goint there and get Treated like that and they look like Gangster. A supervisor Should take a look

Great trailer and customer service. The only thing I didn’t like is I only had a 2” ball and needed a 2-5/16 for their trailers, and they don’t sell them there, so I had to go and find one and come back to get my trailer.

Low inventory and depending on the salesman working that day, can easily justify a one star review. No communication or an offer about ordering a trailer. Probably why I rarely shop in the area.
