Ok - no one has ever taken photos of our Four, UNcooperative kids with such ease, efficiency, and great results! The ONLY pain-free family photos we’ve ever had. Not to mention the final colors, and atmospheric quality, of the photos are just impeccable! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Carsten has a fantastic eye for composition and was able to capture our family with four kids under 7 with ease - and even made the process fun! Will definitely use her again and highly recommend!

In general I strongly dislike photo shoots because I feel as photogenic as a frog on a good day.

She takes the time to get to know you as a couple (we did our engagement photos and wedding photos with her) and makes sure you are comfortable and just captures every beautiful moment.

We had our engagement photos taken at Caspers Wilderness Park and the beach by The Ocean Institute in Dana Point months before the wedding. She was totally into our vibe we wanted for the pictures and they came out perfect. Carsten sent the link to both me and my husband to check out the edited photos. Turn around time is pretty fast and all done digitally unless you previously request prints through her.

Our wedding was picture perfect thanks in good part to Carsten and her team of assistants for the day. They know how to blend in with the crowd and direct those who need extra guidance with posed pictures. Super professional though! We got our sneak peeks within 24 hours and instantly fell in love with them. Thank you so much for making our memories absolutely magical!

An amazing tag team - I got my hair and makeup done by Heidi at Salon Maison next door, then popped over to Carsten's studio for photos. They worked together to style me and guide my poses.
