Don't get me wrong, I love my Honda Ridgeline that I purchased a year and a half ago. It has been a great vehicle for me. However, when I went to get it smog certified, the technician informed me that the tail pipe catalytic converter was missing. This had to be missing when I purchased my truck. Nobody has worked on my truck and it is hardly ever out of my site (or camera view). The guys at CARTAG even said that they had no proof that I had not done the removal my self (and re-welded the tail pipe). That is all they did to resolve the situation. I would never make the long drive from my town to Bakersfield to buy another vehicle from CARTAG. NO BUENO!

Got a car with these guys when i got the car all was grate they told me the car had a month of 50/50 warranty two weeks in car has a oil leak and they of course said that warranty didn’t cover the leaks. 2015 bmw x5 is the car

Larry is the man. Super cool, very easy to talk to and did everything he could to help get me into a new truck!
Berto the manager is a solid dude, got down on the ground trying to get the tow hitch off.sadly it didn't come off so the truck Larry showed me was a no go BUT they both got me in a better truck for the same deal as the other truck.
I recommend this place to all!
