Just wrapped up a SPECTACULAR engagement with Cartelligent. I could not have imagined an easier, less-stressful car-buying experience. My sales rep (Radi Tamimi) was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. He helped me narrow down the make, model, and options I wanted, with a backup in case of inventory issues, and did the searching for me. Not only that, he identified the exact vehicle I ultimately purchased and immediately sprung into action to make sure we had it reserved and paperwork in-process by the deadline for this particular lease incentive. He handled all negotiation including the credit check and financing/lease process. Then when my vehicle arrived to Cartelligent’s office, I went there and signed papers for 10-15 minutes, went downstairs to the vehicle (which was waiting for me with a big red bow!) and they showed me around all the controls and settings and I then drove off! From start to finish the whole process took just over a week!

I’m absolutely confident I got the best possible deal, with Cartelligent’s up front fee being paid for multiple times over in the money I saved. Not only that, in my opinion, the fee was more than worth it for the lack of stress and time lost I otherwise would have undoubtedly spent doing it all by myself with a dealer.

I've used Cartelligent twice now to purchase/lease new vehicles. Most recently I worked with Christian Roettgers who provided outstanding service, was very knowledgeable about different options for our search and extremely responsive when I had questions, etc.

I can't see myself ever going to a dealer again. This is a very efficient process, pick up takes less than 30 minutes once the vehicle arrives vs 3-4 hours at a dealership. Finally, you are able to get the exact vehicle, trim, etc, that you want. I can't say enough good things about Cartelligent and look forward to working with Christian again in the future when my wife's lease is up!

I worked with Christian and had a great experience at Cartelligent! I had worked with Christian a few years back when he was with another company. When my lease was up on the transaction from that time, I ended up searching for Christian and got in contact with him here at Cartelligent. I am so glad we were able to work together again. Christian helped with the transition of my existing lease that was coming to an end and also helped me find my new car (Audi Q3). The process was great. Christian is super responsive and always checked in or follow up. I felt much more comfortable working with Christian than my experience going into the dealer directly. Great service. Took all the headache out of the equation of buying a new car. There was one 20 minute phone conversation to nail down what we needed, and a few days later we had a list of cars to choose from, including what all the financing options were available for each. We picked a Subaru Impreza that was available in a couple weeks, sweet! When the car came in, Radi arranged for the car to be delivered to us since my wife just had a new baby and it would be a challenge to find the time to go pick it up. That was as painless as can be - a Subaru representative brought it over and within 5 minutes the paperwork was done and the car was ours. Brilliant! Highly recommend them, all car buying should be this easy. Will be using next time around for sure.
