Casa Arroyo Apartments

I really loved living here for the past year and a half. Community was safe and quiet, neighbors were friendly, and front office staff was always available. My apartment was in the perfect location, and if I ever had an issue, maintenance would help me right away. They were great! There is lots of parking, and a secret outlet/street to get you right to the running trails. Highly recommend!

The maintenance staff is good. The apartment guys will charge for COOKING SMELL on walls! - Something I have never heard of before. Family in any apartment is bound to cook and no one can charge them for cooking smell! The emails won't be replied to, the calls to office will be rarely received (even during non-COVID days). There residents should take the extra pain of calling them 7-8 times. Even after moving out, they do not follow up well and reply to any emails but do not fail to charge and deduct all deposit and ask to pay MORE (almost equal to deposit amount) for things like cooking smell! The only plus point- good quiet neighborhood. But far away from all grocery stores.

Beware of the security deposit, they will rip it off. The management here is charging here for cooking smell and odor in their 1BR apartment. The apartment is small and the management says that "its roomy and well ventilated" and still they will charge you for cooking food for 2 people.
When asked about security deposit, they deducted the wall priming charges.
The community staff who does repairs and other work are very friendly and helpful but the manager Teri here is very rude.

The apartment was well kept.grounds and pools were very well maintained. The gym has enough equipments and also very well maintained.
The leasing office ladies are so amazing! Teri was so helpful with everything all the time. They always wear a smile and are happy to resolve anything for you. They are very good with emails too. I never had a single issue while my stay here.very peaceful and quiet environment.
Rent was reasonable for a cozy apartment. I loved it here!
I will definitely miss this apartment!

my wife and i have been living here for 5 years and currently in our 6th year lease.at the beginning we thought this place was great, bubbly and nice first impressions when youre meeting with them during the hunting and searching for an new apartment phase plus its also reasonable rent!

throughout the years the quality of customer service has gone way down! You get attitude from all 3 but especially Tammy and to top that all off, all 3 office employee DO NOT know what they are doing! They dont care about any of the people that live here.we have been told by all 3 of them to not call the office between 9am-10am because they are having their coffee and talking! They open at 9am!

we recently transferred from a 1bed to a 2bed because we are having our first baby, and this whole process has been a nightmare! We got charged $600+ for our 1bed after we moved out and YES we left the apartment clean and with no damages, just the rug but we been living there for 5 years! Thats after they took the $500 original deposit we gave them!
after we moved into our 2bed on April 7 we just been finding unfinished work and so many issues with the apartment; first the stove its all beat up (currently waiting for a new one) its almost a month now, the wall from one of the linen closets was falling apart so i can sneak behind there and hide between the walls, the SINK in the bathroom, omg the sink, the sink started leaking and when the maintenance guy showed up he tells us the sink is completely rusted and we should had never moved in this way! Dont let me get started on packages being stolen from our front door during the time they were renovating the 2bed before we moved in!
and now today when i tried to pay my rent online; everything was screwed up! I cant even login because they deleted my old account wrong and mixed up my emails or whatever!
this has been the worst experience ive had ever and ive been renting for 21 years now!

its a shame because this commuting is really nice and decent apartments but i advice you and dont recommend anyone to move here until they do an overhaul clean up with their staff!

Love this place. I have lived here for four years. Office staff and the maintenance team are the best, friendly and superior customer service. Teri, Tammy, and Catherine are very kind. Great location to live in.
