My puppy has spent 6 nights there while we went on a trip and I have a happy time! He is lazy with his tail and he gets happy every time we arrive at the place! The friendly staff!

I'm not a fan of this place. We tried taking our goldendoodle, Stella, there for daycare once.

We immediately got bad vibes from when we walked in. They did not greet Stella or say hi to her. They just took her leash and dragged her away. Even every vet and groomer we have taken her to has at least given her a fairly warm greeting.

They did not give us updates like they agreed to. And even when we came to pick her up, they didn't tell us anything and we had to ask how it went and they just told us that she didn't play with any of the other dogs and told us that we need to socialize her more.

Also, when we came to pick her up, we could clearly hear some pretty intense barking, including distressed barks coming from Stella. After we picked her up, she seemed very frightened, and it was clear that she did not have a good time there. I'm not sure what exactly happened there, but I don't think it was good.

It was clear to us that the staff did not show any compassion for Stella. They never even acknowledged her, never said her name, and had the audacity to accuse us of not socializing her. We will not be coming back, and we do not recommend leaving your pet here.

I had to leave the city for a week and I found this animal hotel! This place is awesome the staff are very nice and care about your pets. The best part is that they send you pictures of your pet! You can see how it's doing, and not worry
