The map needs to be updated, and it needs a better parking system that doesn’t involve tow trucks and huge fines.

Front office is the absolute worst and needs to change.have came through with simple questions twice and have been met with nothing but rude remarks and awful service both times. People get towed due to a lack of parking and they are seemingly proud of it based off their comments. All that aside they are unnecessarily nosey when it comes to bringing up problems and are incredibly judgmental and unwilling to find a solution to ANY basic problem. If it was possible to contact any REAL management who are actually interested in the well being of their residents that would greatly improve my experience here.

I mean it's a mobile park. Nothing wrong with the place, but neither is it the seven wonders of the world. As a visitor I am not informed enough of what it's like to truly live there.

Big apartment complex. No parking inside, just guests parking. Be aware of the real address, GPS gets confused with Tasman Dr and you end up in the wrong place.

Had a lovely lunch here, salmon salad that was perfect, and a bowl of fresh fruit that our wonderful waiter prepared just for us. Healthy and delicious!

I live here at the park. I love our nice community center but especially because there is something I love there. I am so thankful to the park for providing such a wonderful gift.:)

They keep this place ran very well.only thing is if ur visiting the parking there is a lil hectic.at least tryin 2 find a spot & not get ur vehicle towed that is

It used to be a great place to live but some how they Lowes the standards to the people they let live there and it became like every hood. Lock your doors to your house and car because things are getting g stolen broken into there loud music from cars driving by I even had a stalker for a little while. So we moved out of th e area

Very updated with new double wides and bigger being built there as we speak. Real estate agent very helpful with our move.

I needed turn by turn instructions given in advance to reach my destination. Street signs were hard to see. Numbered and lettered streets were interspersed with named streets. Parking is nonexistent. Numbering on homes is inconsistent.

The units and grounds are well maintained. The folks at the front office are available to answer questions. They have several community groups but none seem to meet during the evening. The park was once a senior park, so I think a lot of process/procedures go back to that time.

This is a very nice Park, very clean and the ladies at the front desk are very nice.
Parking and lack of. I would like to have access to the pool at 6am. Any update on gym?

Guest parking is always full, no more hot water to take a hot shower rinse before jumping in the community pool.

Ive lived here for 6 years. Solid set of rules to keep things in order, very well maintained park, great neighborhood. Sometimes it's tough to find parking and security guard can be hard to track down for access into game room. One star down because they keep promising us new facilities but never build them: (
